I was searching a good location to settle with my family, to have a house far away from wars. Then I heard of a beautiful planet in a small system at the edge of Kusari, without much industry. That nearly sounded too good. And it's even orbiting a gas planet, I imagine that must be beautiful to see the gas planet at the sky. So tell me please, do you sell area at that planet?

Good morning Ms Jane.
I see you have heard of planet Tomoika in the picturesque Nagano system.
A wonderful location by anyone's standards.
You see Tomoika might have a bit more industry than some might suspect, it is a testament to Samura's model of working with the ecology to ensure the best for both business and nature, something that is very important to Samura Heavy Industries.

I am afraid that settlement on Tomoika is at the same time very expensive and very sought after.
While the price would normally deter too many from resettling there, the distaste created by the turmoil that has happened in Kusari lately has caused many to overlook this to make new lives in this paradise where they can feel safe and secure as they once did in the core lands of Kusari.

This of course means that there is a waiting period for all new applicants as we build the necessary infrastructure for each expansion to the colonies planet side making sure it is done the right way to not put the local ecosystem under duress.
Also it goes without saying that entrance for someone that Samura only knows as "Jane" would be very hard indeed.

For now we recommend you relocate to the Liner Mackinac currently in orbit of planet Kodo, the beautiful gas giant you referred to earlier, while we further discuss your application.
This will allow you to purchase day passes to Tomoika so you may visit and appreciate this wonderful project while waiting for your application to be approved.
