When killed by hackers

When i fly my ship and a hacker kills me in some way does it caunt as PvP death?
Am i allowed to get back in the System? Or do i have to wait 2 hours?

Your assuming he was killed by an "RP" Hacker but I suspect he's asking if he was killed by an "AI" Hacker does it count as a pvp kill and my answer to that is no, it doesn't count as a "pvp" kill.

No, he means a person hacking their freelancer for, say, nomad battleship turrets on a fighter.

Seeing as how "hacking" is an action that requires human input, it's kinda impossible for an NPC to "hack".

Yes or someone who instas you with one snac.... anyways does it caunt as PvP dead when the Hacker first RPs and is like my Fraction dosnt like yours so i will shoot you prepair to die and kills me with one shoot or 36 nomad BS turrets?
And does it caunt as a PvP death if he just comes to me and instas me?

Does it count as a pvp death? Yes. Even if engagement rules, ID rules, rules regarding cheats, any combination of the above and/or any other rules were broken in the engagement, it's still a pvp death.

Is anybody going to report you for it? Almost certainly not.

For future reference:
A PvP death happens whenever someone in a Player versus Player battle loses/dies/flees/docks/teleports with fairies.

But since it was an illegal, out of RP, not-happening-if-the-hacker-had-not-cheated death, then you won't get punished for coming back.

But no coming back for vengeance and etc. Behave. We're watching you.
