Herr Kluggman,
I hope you remember me from our little incident near Heisenberg Research Station a few months ago. I'm taking a great risk contacting you so I hope you will be willing to help me.
I cannot go into the details as to why I am in this position, at least, not yet. I have been put under investigation by the Buro's Internal Affair's department. Now to most average citizens, they are innocent until proven guilty, for most crimes at least. But for intelligence officers such as myself, we're innocent until we're under investigation.
I'm sure the government will charge me with acts of treason and/or sedition, aiding the enemies of the state etc. I only have one request. I need your help in escaping Rheinland. The Buro will definitely monitor all the jump gates to keep track of my movements, at least until I am formally charged. I don't care if you put a bag over my head and take me to one of your bases so I don't find out where they are or to a jump hole the Bundschuh uses which the Kanzler's government doesn't know about. I simply need to get out of this country.
Please contact me as soon as possible. My time is running out.
Sincerely,
Ins. Erich Stoltenberg (under investigation)
Buro der Marineintelligenz
Something about the irony of this situation is heartwarming. Nonetheless, should your time be short, I will get down to business.
We would be willing to offer you escort to one of multiple means out of Rheinland. Where you go from there is none of our business. There are two things I will require from you before we begin:
Firstly, the direction you wish to orient yourself towards; would you like to flee Rheinland in the direction of Bretonia, Kusari, Liberty, or the Omicrons?
Secondly, as a means of invalidating the possibility that this is a trick, I would like to request a minute offering of One Million Sirian Credits wired to VWA|Kasse. I am fairly certain that if you are not already wanted by the Buro, such a "traitorous" action will do that quite nicely.
Those are the terms, Inspector. I eagerly await your reply.

Herr Kluggman,
The "donation" has been sent through a ghost bank account registered to the Samura Corporation. Just in case your wondering if I'm covering my tracks, I cannot do that, I can simply slow them down. The Buro is aware that I have multiple 'ghost' accounts registered through different companies and individuals with fake identities. They will find this out sooner or later. So rest assured, I have now actually committed treason.
As for the direction, I need to head towards Bretonia. I will be waiting for your men at the Cafe del Mar near the Brandenburg Gate at Planet New Berlin all day tomorrow. Tell your men I will be wearing a grey peacoat and a red tie. Whether your men wish to approach me peacefully or put a bag over my head and throw into a van or a freighter, I don't care. I'll be waiting for them.
Sincerely,
Ins. Erich Stoltenberg (under investigation)

I have devised something of a plan to at least safely extricate you from Rheinland's borders; the method I have chosen is the most cost-efficient and safest means that the Widerstand has to do so.
Two Bundschuh activists (undercover, of course) will meet you tomorrow at the Cafe del Mar as agreed upon. They will escort you to their Humpback-class Freighter under the guise of a Daumann Side Arms shipment to Brandenburg Border Station, New Berlin.
When you board, you will be blindfolded and restrained in a chair, but not otherwise harmed. This is because you will be taken to a hideaway whose identity and location within space I cannot describe due to security reasons. From here you will be loaded alongside several dozen other political prisoners onboard the moored VWA|Emissar, a refitted Behemoth-class Civilian Transport. It will be posing as a Daumann Vessel offloading newly-recruited mining ensigns to Briesen Mining Station, Omega-7.
When the Emissar has rejoined the local lane traffic, your blindfold and restraints will be removed and you will be free to mill about the political dissident quarters of the vessel if you wish it. None of your "suitemates" are aware that you are in fact a Buro agent, and I recommend you do not bring that to light, lest you become the center of unwanted attention.
It is unlikely that the Emissar will be stopped for any reason, but I have ordered Bundschuh patrols within New Berlin and Stuttgart to maintain a constant thirty-klicks distance from the transport at all times. Should the authorities somehow be wise to the "illicit cargo" aboard, the wings of fighters will launch a diversionary strike, hopefully granting an opportunity for the vessel to escape.
The Emissar's ultimate destination will be Freeport One, Omega-3, where it will offload the political dissidents who, from there, will attempt to start new lives either on-station or by securing transport elsewhere. You will be responsible for further transport deeper into Bretonian territory; the Emissar can take you no further.
If you have any questions or concerns, do contact me, Inspector.

Herr Kluggman,
I have followed your instructions and safely reached Freeport 1 in the Omegas. I appreciate your help in this matter and your discretion. I'm giving you access to view this channel but I'd request for you not to respond to it, for obvious reasons.
In short, the LSF has framed me betraying Rheinland and I needed to escape and find the agent responsible. If I find him, I can prove my innocence. I intend to return to the Buro one day, I'm sure the patriot inside you understands why, even if we are on opposite sides of the law.
Rest assured, if I am successful in my endeavour and manage to return to the Buro, my activities from there onwards will be focused entirely towards the Nomads and Liberty and not towards your organisation or your allies.
I apologise if you feel that I have deceived you. I needed to escape first before I took the risk of trusting you with this information. Consider me a friend if you ever need me in the future.
Sincerely,
(Former) Ins. Erich Stoltenberg Buro der Marineintelligenz
