As a member of the Gallic Foreign Legion, i have been operating on the front lines for the past few weeks, gathering intelligence on the Outcast Civil War. This message was too urgent and sensitive to risk sending over internal communications. I also attempted private channels, but high command was unresponsive. Through an unnamed informant, I have been parlay to information about an IMG Colonial Alliance. The following intelligence was given to me by an anonymous, but trustworthy source.
