Im thinking missles with a big pretty blast radius but a small life time and almost no damage. they could be cheap and class 1. dumb fire even. they would make good weapons for RP events.
FOr example while doing a memorial for Puck in NY i really wanted something like this, just shooting every gun I had wasnt flashy enough.

But.. I can't imagine all the lag with these things being fired all the time.
I'd make them usable only for some events.
