Forum error message

When I'm viewing my private messages, and I click on the 'sent items' section of my inbox, I get the following error message:

I am also getting this error since the creation of the new forums.
Same error when trying to open my Sent private messages folder.
I was about to make a post but always forgot to write about this error.

It has happened a few times... but not as of a while, mostly when the forums turned white.

This thread pops up rather frequently, and luckily it is also rather easy to fix if you're getting the exact same MyBB/MySQL error message as Trogdor.

My apologies for the copying and pasting, but it's getting a bit late:

Have a look at this thread, and particularily my last post in it.

EDIT:
What you need to do is:
1. Download your old messages, if you want to keep them
2. Empty all of your PM folders.

That'll fix it.

Well... thanks, never thought that deleting all the PMs will fix it.
