Sovereign, you're a good guy, I like you, but you're coming off as really one sided here, E.G. Hating Tony. Now I know there isn't really any excuse for acting like he did (I only saw some of the posts, and it isn't my place to spite him for it), but he's been through a hell of a time, and I feel bad for him, but you have you realize, flaming the hell out of the NovaPG, Tony, or whoever else you want won't get your point across.

P.S. Sorry for stepping in here, just had to get that off my chest.
P.P.S. Being the second of HG also, I have to say that the HG are going strong (from what I can see from my "window" on the forums). The HG simply wanted to go more towards the traditional HG side of the line. No bad blood between the NovaPG and HG, we're both buds, and from what I've heard even help each other out in PvP from time to time. They like blowing themselves up (bad joke), we like shooting people down instead. So be it. XD
Seeing as this thread started as someone asking about the current activity and dominance of the NovaPG, which has been answered this seems to have slipped into nothing but an HG v NovaPG discussion with some anti-tony slipped in.
Currently from what I've read things can be summed up into a simple explanation, Hideyoshi's Guard are the currently reigning authorities over Chugoku and Tau-63, and as such those with executive rights over those systems. NovaPG, while still active take a different route both in stance and execution of their roleplay, perfectly acceptable. Both operate within the Blood Dragon's ZoI with mutual respect and interest in one another.
With that being said it seems that this question really has been answered, apologies if I've missed anything or made any mistakes. This is just how things seem to be based on what people have said and what I have personally witnessed.
