My name is Harold Kane. I'm a Vagrant Raiders Taskmaster, and the organization's official representative. You've probably heard of us, and our history. If not, a quick primer: We used to be Outcast-aligned, but now we're just anti-Corsair. As a result of the former, we have a lot of folks who are dependent on Cardamine for survival. Due to the legal issues of the substance in many places, we'd rather our folks not be carrying the stuff around with them.
This is where things get profitable for you.
We hear you have something you call Stabiline. We'd like to begin replacing our legally-challenging Cardamine shipments by various smugglers with legally-spotless Stabiline shipments by your corporation.

I can say that I should not be as surprised as I am to see your name crossing my computer terminal. It seems you and your men have really been cleaning up your act as of late, I can commend that. But down to business. It is unfortunate to hear that your time working with the Outcasts has produced such addicts, but as you have correctly heard Cryer is more than capable of accommodating your affected people. Stabiline production however is not yet cost efficient; the remote location of our production facilities and the constant raids by your former business associates drive up the cost of production and insurance rates for the transports. However we are willing to open up a contract with your group at this time.
However if you commit, I must insist that you provide us with as much data as possible in regards to the people you are putting onto Stabiline. This includes how many people you will need prescriptions for, medical histories, how long they have been taking Cardamine, blood samples, etc. Additionally, Cryer technicians must be allowed access to your storage facilities in order to evaluate them and ensure there are no existing hazards or contaminants (chemical, biological, or radiation based) that could affect any Stabiline stored in mass quantities. Followup data will be collected from people you put onto Stabiline at a future undetermined date. Stabiline does not reduce preexisting chemical dependency or undo any DNA mutations resulting from Cardamine addiction. Shipments purchased on your behalf cannot be resold to third parties, if this happens contract termination is ensured and shipments will cease pending an evaluation.
Price and quantity is open to negotiation.

It is good to hear from you. Presently, we have no self-operated large shipment loading facilities, as our primary shipping station is undergoing significant redesign. We currently use Freeport 4 as a transfer station, from where our own transports pick up our shipped goods and take them to our space. As soon as we get our own universal docking systems back up, we can skip the Freeport 4 intermediary stage and have your shipments go right into the heart of our happy little nation.
At present, we are offering a contract for shipments of Stabiline paid primarily through the Freeport 4 dockmaster with a bonus of one thousand credits per standard unit of Stabiline upon the submission of proofs of commodity exchanges by Cryer transport captains and other faction representatives, up to a maximum of 20 million credits per week (give or take a few million if your cargo hold volumes aren't nice round numbers).
The dockmaster pays quite generously as well, I hear, so you'd really be getting your money's worth out of this deal.

The deal you offer is indeed acceptable. That and making use of Freeport 4's cargo processing facilities will help facilitate the process. I will contact shipping later today and see about increasing the amount of units heading into Magellan. We will make sure that a certain number of containers is set aside and reserved for you and your men.
However I must insist on the acquiring the medical data I mentioned in my last message.

Your bonus payment should be arriving shortly. Interspace's systems seem to be a tad slow today.
Regarding medical data on usage, it will be primarily used as a replacement for Cardamine in a group of roughly seven hundred people. The Natio Octavarium Ministry of Health can send more accurate numbers and reports once this is all processed.
We also have... alternative interest in the drug. Something that you and yours may be interested in researching. Have there ever been attempts to use the side-effects of the drug to treat violently-changing personality disorders?

Mr. Kane,
I am afraid that Stabiline currently has no real applications to treat personality disorders or violent individuals. It is just not how the drug works I am afraid. Granted there are some minor changes that occur when anyone is subject to drugs that affect the nervous system, but the nothing that would change a personality so much as to really be noteworthy. The structure and composition of Stabiline cannot be altered to achieve this either due to the very specific requirements the drug must fulfill. But we do have several lines of antipsychotics available.
We are conducting some research into... shall we say different ways of altering neural pathways. Is there a specific issue you need assistance with?

I did not expect Stabiline to be a miracle cure-all drug. I only asked because there are a few pilots in my ranks who are quite efficient and trusted Raiders, but I feel they would perform much more accurately and with less reckless abandon both in and out of combat were they able to control their violent outbursts and depressive funks.
If you have something that could help my... specific pilots with their instabilities without damaging their minds or bodies, I would be willing to pay a significant premium on shipments including prescriptions of the drug.
