COMM ID: [color=#99FFFF]Ensign Jeremy McKenzie TARGET ID:Liberty Forces Reporting Centre SUBJECT:Junker Pirate Train, Warhol ENCRYPTION:Low PRIORITY:Low
Junker Pirate Train Public_Enemy_No.1 spotted in Texas, headed to Minnesota. Was thought to be backed up by a Rogue Werewolf, Art.Wholeflaffer, but the Rogue passed. Investigation of the train showed it was carrying Ship Hull Panels and I attempted to inform the captain the ship was illegal. At first he refused to stop, but complied on the other side of the Minnesota hole. He argued he was destined for Duluth, but I stuck to protocol and ordered him accordingly. He docked on Moorhead and disabled his transponder - I didn't have time to disable him.
Recommend arrest warrant listing and docking denial.
Enroute to intercepting a hostile gunboat at West Point, I encountered an Order Sekhmet class vessel bound to the Alaska gate. I was unable to intercept him and he escaped. I redirected, and encountered Warhol nearby. I attempted to detain him while backup was inbound, and he moved towards the Badlands. The LNS MacArthur was able to provide supplementary firepower and we caused heavy damage to the boat. He approached Buffalo however, which had a heavy Rogue presence, as well as notably the Order ship from before. While we were unable to destroy Warhol, the local Rogues didn't seem to like him either, so he may well be facing a worse end now.
No special recommendation given standing general arrest or destroy order.
