TARGET ID: [color=#99FFFF]Liberty Forces Reporting Centre SUBJECT:Housekeeping ENCRYPTION:Moderate PRIORITY:Moderate
Sirs, Ma'ams.
[color=#CCCCCC]I'm considering changing my job title to housekeeper.
Richmond's intruder alarms went off at some stupid hour this morning, and I scrambled to assist LtCdr Sius in tracking down the ship. Proximity warnings at ******* Research Station were triggered by an unknown vessel. It didn't get close enough to determine class or cargo, but we did get a name: Nicole.Hunter. Shortly after, we were called away by another intruder in Virginia. A Cryer Mammoth, of all things. The pilot was barely literate, and in the interests of preventing some great blowout, we escorted him out of the system and wiped his databanks.
Alaska's alarms were the next to go, Commander Veers of the LNS-Sacramento reporting six unidentified fighters. Standard search patterns were initiated, with ROManiac holding down the New York gate. Eventually, hostile forces were intercepted making a run for (and then from) the gate. Collective forces totalled:
DirectX [Unknown. Suspected Order Very Heavy Fighter.]
Betty's.Bomb's [Order Bomber]
A.Toasted.Sandwich [Unknown.] - Destroyed
Horus|CyBeRtRoN [Unknown] - Destroyed
[Order]Lt.Nethan [Unknown] - Destroyed
The Order fighters just kept coming, they must have a carrier or some sort of resupply station out there. Either that, or judging by the weapons they were using, they've been raiding our supply convoys. Being shot at with our own guns is not an experience I have any desire to repeat. We couldn't compete with the rate at which their forces were reinforcing and ultimately fell back to Planet Anchorage. Still, it looks like we gave them a sufficiently bloody nose to keep the Order out of our space in the immediate future. Our one loss of the day was due to a misaligned missile aboard the LNS-Sacramento, the Captain of which displayed, well, a damn good aim, downing four fighters single-handedly.
