Tidings.
Today began rather unusually as we pulled the Plymouth Rock out of Norfolk, in expectancy of an escort of Captain Sullivan and the Exodus. We were greeted by a Rogue Barghest near Norfolk as we undocked, callsign Lewd.Torpedo. The vessel, while being told that we were on an important task, disregarded this fact, and proceeded to attack. We were forced to destroy it, with great thanks going to the gunners of batteries four and five, as their aim kept us from enduring the rockets of that Barghest for too long.
Afterwards, we recieved word from Captain Sullivan that his escort was a no show, and he wouldn't budge without one. Therefore, I tasked one of our disposed LSF agents, Major Alissa Murray, to go out and bring him to the northern border, where Admiral Sader, Lieutenant Commander Hirlerman and I would take his ship under our wing. Unfortunately, Major Murray was forced to make port in New Tokyo, leaving Sullivan to make the rest of the journey by himself.
The Plymouth Rock, on the other hand, was forced to make dock at West Point, due to complications with the reactor, nodding to the damage we took earlier from the Rogue's Hellfire rockets. Admiral Sader and Lt. Cmdr. Hirlerman took charge and got the Exodus through safely. The escort was a success, and while I wasn't present for the actual in-house bit, Admiral Sader and Lt. Cmdr. Hirlerman took my place well. I cannot thank them both enough for that.
Aside from a small non-hostile bit with a alien specimen near Manhattan, the rest of my shift was fairly quiet.
