Earlier today a police officer and a bounty hunter and I managed to track down a slave smuggler carrying a Samura ship and transponder. It did not cooperate, so the bounty hunter eliminated the ship and we rescued as many of the slaves as we could and returned them to the nearest station, Baltimore Shipyard.
After that a squadron of Legion Maltesa fighters, some Liberty Rogue fighters and an Outcast destroyer arrived at Manhattan and launched an assault in response to our destruction of their slave smuggling ship. During this engagement, we were outnumbered and outgunned, Long Island station's defences were not enough to defend this attack in front of Manhatta, but we did at least warn the civilians to dock at the nearest stations and they evacuated the area so nobody got hurt. As far as I can tell however, allied forces took some losses. Guncam footage is below.
