As I was patrolling around West Point, an Outcast bomber showed up on my long range scanners. I proceeded to take him down, but he tried to run off at first, trying to lure me into the Badlands.
Unfortunaltely for him, the asteroids provided me protection against his heavy weaponry, and I put him down. His name is Himbeergeist.
As I proceeded to take him into custody within my ship, a Rogue Gunboat patrol came out of nowhere, probably alerted by an emergency call made by the Outcast just before he was taken down.
He escaped, but not with his ship.
As I was on escort duty with LNS-Baltimore, Marcus Carter from the Liberty 1st Fleet and Officer Isla Nazumaki from the Liberty Police Inc., the Liberty Security Force vessel Seattle reported Liberty Separatists movements in Hudson.
As ordered, we patrolled around Planet Atka with Marcus Carter, without having any sign of the Separatists.
We came back to the Baltimore, and the Seattle reported movements of the Harmony. On the call of Baltimore, we moved on to assist the Seattle.
We engaged the targets: SNS-Juneau, SNS-Harmony, SNS-Arleigh Burke and Lolita Longsword. The fight was pretty easy at first, as the hostiles weren't giving us much trouble, and them tanking every shot we fired at them.
However, a third-party vessel, the Amenhotep, joined the fight in favour of the Separatists, giving us a hard time to finish off the Harmony.
Then came a Xeno, Ridgenose, who engaged as soon as he saw Navy pilots in the battle.
My ship was badly damaged, and the Arleigh Burke put me down in a matter of seconds.
The Baltimore took me in, where I was medically taken care of, and where I awaited the end of the battle to get back on Missouri.
I started my patrol with my Waran from Battleship Missouri. My path took me to West Point, and there I took the trade lane to Manhattan.
In the middle of the flight, the trade lane was disrupted by the Outcast bomber Himbeergeist, who seemed to try to take the cargo of a USI vessel.
I immediatly engaged the bomber.
My ship was severly damaged, and would not support any critical shot from the sniffer. He seemed to have noticed, as he told me "Any last words?".
I saw an opportunity and tried the only thing that was left to do: shoot him with my Liberty Antimatter Cannon. The shot reached its target, instantly destroying the Outcast bomber.
The sniffer was still alive, and I inteded to take him to custody, when an Outcast destroyer came to rescue him. Outgunned, I decided to let it go, as I at least destroyed the sniffer's ship.
As I was about to start off a patrol, mutiple hostile signatures showed up on the long range scanners of the LNS-Monitor.
The Monitor, Lt. Commander Marcus Robinson, LPI Officer Isla Nazumaki, LPI Detective Roses and myself chased them, trying to take them out as fast as we could to protect the Freelancers and traders passing by the Norfolk-Fort Bush trade lane.
Targets were Lane Hacker Sicario, Xenos Cobra, Spliotro and Phantom21. They were joined by Xeno pilot Boa, and later by Umbrage and Liberty Rogue BoomBox.
Unfortunaltely this one took me down, and guncam footage for this fight isn't available, as my ship was severly damaged during the fight.
I was patrolling around Fort Bush when a Liberty Rogue signature showed up on scanners. I engaged and the target was quickly put down.
The fight was clean and fast, and the suspect got apprehended. However, it seems it escaped the prisoners transport between Norfolk Shipyard and Texas Jump Gate.
We might have to deal with him again later.
As I was docked at Planet Manhattan for a refuel, an emergency broadcast from the LNS-Minuteman came in comms. I immediately answered.
On the middle of the trade lane between Manhattan and Fort Bush, there were Outcasts ships and a Deep Space Solution's ship.
On the orders of Rear Admiral Nazawo Ayato from the 5th Fleet, I engaged the targets.
I found myself fighting the DSS vessel, and ended up in a pretty bad shape, as it was assisted by another late Outcast.
Hopefully, Rear Admiral Ayato and Lt. Commander David Nelson came to rescue, and the DSS ship ended up skydiving into Manhattan atmosphere.
After getting my ship repaired and refilled, a Hellfire Legion battlecruiser passed by West Point Academy.
The LNS-Baltimore, Rear Admiral Ayato, Lt. Commander Nelson and myself engaged. The pursuit ended in California, where the target was eventually put down.
