A group of Nomads invaded New York around the trade lane between West Point Academy and Planet Manhattan.
The LNS-Baltimore and the LNS-Glendale were already chasing one of them, something that resembled a gunboat. The Glendale, a Bounty Hunter Bomber and myself targetted the gunboat.
This one was quickly dealt with. Soon enough we rejoined the rest of the group of fighters, along with the Baltimore, at the edge of Detroit Debris Field.
The fight took us to the Badlands. Unfortunately, I found myself too close to a Wild gunboat, and my ship was badly damaged, and unable to continue the fight.
A hostile signature appeared on my scanner, but disappeared as soon as I locked on it.
With Liberty Police Officer Isla Nazumaki, I patrolled on a 12k radius around Fort Bush, feeling that I may have not dreamt what I saw.
And indeed, I was right. A bomber and a very heavy fighter were roaming around the trade lane leading to Manhattan.
LPI Officer Nazumaki and I engaged the hostiles, and both of them were quickly dealt with.
I had almost finished my patrol when a Xeno showed up near Norfolk Shipyard.
I tried to chase him, but he was too far away to catch him, so I let him go. But he came back at Fort Bush. And I didn't planned on letting it slide twice.
I engaged the extremist, and finally put him down.
A Lane Hacker was spotted by Officer Isla Nazumaki, and we went to California Jump Gate to stop him there.
The officer had the situation under control, when a Nomad showed up through the jump gate.
As I engaged, he immediately turned away and went back in California. I followed him there, but couldn't catch him.
On our way back to West Point were at least 5 Nomad signatures on scanners.
We asked for backup, hoping that we wouldn't be engaged. When the expected help was here, we engaged the fight. But we were outnumbered and largely outgunned.
My hull was breached in no time, and found myself in space near Detroit Debris Field.
