I was coming back from a patrol in sector Epsilon-Six when I received an emergency call from the LPI Archer-class Cruiser Rikers.
I answered the call, and it turned out he was facing two Rogues ships, a Scylla and a Hellhound. I proceeded to engage, and both targets were put down.
The fight was pretty straight forward, no casualties or heavy damages on our side, and another pround victory for us.
I was patrolling around the Pennsylvania Jump Gate when a Freelancer named LiuJinkai jumped in New York system. A brief cargo scan on his ship showed he was holding cardamine and synthetic marijuana.
I asked him to stop, several times, but the pilot didn't reply, nor followed my orders. I started the chase, failing to cruise disrupt the ship, and expecting him to go towards California Jump Gate, however he seemed to be on a mission. As I saw multiple Outcasts on the scene, I assumed it was commissionned by the Liberty Law Enforcements, and let him proceed, telling him to stop moving and await instructions once his job would be done.
Once his mission was done, I asked him to stop again. He intended to run away again, without saying anything, just expecting to avoid me apparently. Due to the facts that the pilot had several minutes to answer and process his actions, and his failure to communicate or express any possible communication problems, I engaged him, and successfully put him down.
