It has come to my attention that one of my pilots, callsign: Valkyrie, was involved in an engagment in the California System several days ago. Unfortunatly intel on the incident indicates that the enemy not only ID'd his ship but has put a mark out for him. As a pilot of the 226th Special Operations Wing this situation is unacceptable. The covert nature of this unit requires that we maintain the strictest level of secrecy. For security reasons I can't say more. As for Valkyrie, I have no choice but to put him on inactive flight status. However, in light of recent events and the pressing nature of the threat to Liberty security, I have decided to temporarily assign him to the California System under your expert leadership. He's a hothead but a damn fine pilot. If you will have him, I'm sure he will be a valuable asset. He is scheduled to report within the day if accepted. Standard reporting procedures apply. Thank you Admiral for your time.
