My day report spanning several days is as follows:
I joined up with Commodore Robinson along with Vice Admiral Willows on a patrol. While they were in Texas scanning the system, I stumbled upon a Xeno named Ringneck who had the audacity to try to attack traders right in front of me. With my warnings ignored, his bomber slowly fell to my magma cannons until a freelancer joined the fight. Although his help was appreciated, he was quickly killed. Again, the xeno and I fought until an outcast arrived. The Xeno concentrated his efforts on the Outcast and he soon fell. Ageria ships also began creeping in from Pueblo, however they were called off. The Xeno soon fled and the threat was gone.
With the Xeno gone, Commodore Robinson and Vice Admiral Willows requested my assistance with an outcast gunship, Werewolf, and another possible fighter with hostile intentions on the Riverside-New York jumpgate in California. Luckily, the fight had not started during my absence. With the pirate ignoring the orders to leave the area, a fight was inevitable. The gunship Eddie Cassidy was destroyed after constant barrages of weapons from our three fighters. The Werewolf fighter was also destroyed after his friend met destruction. With all hostiles destroyed, we continued patrol back to Manhattan.
On a later date, while responding to a distress signal from Admiral Hale, we found |Rogue|The_Makiaveli, Solari, VR-Unit.Aurora[G] attacking the West Point-Manhattan tradelane. More support came afterwards, however my guncam was unable to capture the images so my apologizes.
The pirates were destroyed soon after our support arrived.
On a final note, there were some situations where words have saved me from being engaged by pirates with odds unfavorable to me. After this, I'm sure we can try to persuade our enemies before we fight? Words are sometimes more powerful than our weapons.
