Please forgive the lateness of my report. As you can imagine it's been a hell of a day here in CA and we're just now getting things sorted out. I must report first that a combined and ragtag fleet of HF, AW, BS, Xenos, Corsairs, and rouge ships engaged the defense fleet at Planet Los Angeles. During the attack both forces sustained heavy losses. Also the San Fancisco shipyards and several other key instalations suffered moderate damage. The Valhalla, along with our brave allies, was able to chase off the first wave and succeded in damaging several enemy vessels. Unfortunatly the LNS Valhalla had to be towed back to space dock after the engagment and is currently being assesed for repair or slavage. The LNS Redbear, LNS Columbia and newly reinstated pilot Joe Davis also did exceptionly well. My compliments on their great fighting skill. Most of my intel on the battle was lost due to damage (and a concusion) Repairs are underway at this moment. I will keep you informed of our progress. We were out numbered today but we fought with tenacity. I'd take any one of my coligues against three of them anyday. Admiral Osorojo, I commend your efforts to bring peace with the AW but forgive me for saying I will not rest untill those theiving *EDIT* are spaced for what they have done to my men and my system. As always I will obey the orders given to me, and execute to the best of my ability the directives of the DOD. Admiral Adamson out.
