Seems this boy doesn't get the meaning of an arrest warrant.
As I was moving the Indiana from California to New York, I saw this known smuggler dart into Magellan. I radioed in my intentions to pursue and entered the jumpgate. He managed to get to the Freeport, but no further. I reported his presence to the BPA officers in Manchester and found he was also wanted by them.
Scanning his hold, I found some more software, obviously counterfeit. He slowly made his way out into the seemingly abyss of Magellan. His ship very badly damaged, I tried to nudge his trajectory with no avail. He didn't even respond to some pulses being fired at his shields.
We approached a jumphole, BPA officers alerted me that it was to Leeds. I moved the Indiana directly into his path.
After a short while, the ship suddenly went through the jumphole and I pursued. Breaking a few border regulations, I engaged the smuggler and shot him down within Bretonian territory.
No doubt I'll have some diplomatic papers to file after this one...
I'm surprised the smuggler didn't defend himself. Not once. Not a damn word in response.
beyond.the.jumphole now owes the state $22 million for smuggling illegal goods, failing to comply with an order to cut engines and for fuel costs to the Indiana.
