Three (3x) Rib Fractures. Two upper right quadrant, one lower left.
One (1x) Fracture of the left clavicle.
One (1x) laceration to the renal artery, sustained by shrapnel.(This wound has been treated) -----
Numerous lacerations and puncture wounds to the abdomen were sustained, primarily from woodbased shrapnel, several pieces remain in the Captain's body, though they will be removed in the coming days.
----------
Captain Baker is currently in a medically induced coma, in order to avoid potentially aggravating her wounds through unnecessary movement. It is my recommendation that this state be sustained for at least the next few days. Once the arterial injuries have healed properly, and no further bleeding is caused by the shrapnel, the Captain should be able to resume normal duties, though I would recommend that she not over exert herself. If possible, the Captain should be relegated to a desk job, though her colleagues tell me she's not likely to accept that.
Should nothing disturb her injuries as they heal, the Captain should make a full recovery. She's lucky to even be alive at all, from my understanding of the circumstances.
Anyways, this concludes my report.
Doctor Wight, Liberty Navy Medical Command, Signing Out.
