Recruit Andree Walker walks into her quarters where she pulls up her chair next to a cheap desk, and grabs a file from the metal cabinet. She begins to fill out the necessary details of her patrol report for the day. She pulls a pen out of her uniform and gently clicks it, and begins to write.
"I hopped onto my Executioner Heavy Fighter today and contacted Major James Patterson of the Marine Corps who at the time was also conducting a patrol. I took one round of New York where I met three pirates, Broadsword-1, ICU~812 and Kallee respectively. I immediately demanded they leave the area at once, all three were compliant.
I then took a round of California where some Rogue vessels were identified, however I didn't meet any during my patrol. I can only assume they were hiding in the asteroid fields either smuggling in contraband or waiting for a better time to begin pirating. I then returned to New York where Major Patterson requested assistance after detecting several pirates at the West Point to Manhattan trade lane. Once I got there, the same vessels, Broadsword-1, ICU~812 and Kallee had apparently grouped up together. Furthermore, there was an entire LNS cruiser group consisting of one cruiser and two gunboats in the area, threatening engagement. I ordered them to stop immediately and move at least 5K away so that they remained out of firing range, I also informed them that there is a war going on and getting entire capital ships to fight pirates was a complete and utter waste of resources. They complied and moved away from firing range. I then informed the pirates in the area that it would be best if they left because several Navy fighter pilots would show up sooner or later to take them out. They complied as well.
That wasn't the only thing I encountered today however."
She dropped her pen for a moment while her hands began shaking irrationally and her lips quivered. Andree forced herself to get a hold on herself and picked up the pen and wrote on the paper, hard.
"There were two Nomads as well near the West Point to Manhattan Lane. They were identified as Sui'Eruha and Khuh'Khyurhut. Major Patterson ordered me to not provoke them as that was what would get them to fire, I complied and tried my best to ignore them. They seemed to distance themselves from the scene, but kept returning every now and then.A secondary fleet LSF agent named James Corbin asked whether or not we should focus on the pirates or the Nomads, I informed him what the Major informed me.
That's all that happened today, glad no shots were fired. This is Recruit Walker signing off."
Andree got up from the chair and grabbed the papers and sent a photocopy over to the Message Dump.
