Fools! Idiots! All of them can't even begin to comprehend what I've seen. The progress and power we have right in front of us! "Humans have rights", the vice admiral says with his smug sense of morality, but what right does a Rogue have after doing what they do? He takes lives and I'm trying to save them. I don't even know what I was thinking coming to him. Human garbage! Thieves and worthless degenerates! They don't deserve to even live, yet my superiors cower to them and wish to preserve their dignity? They throw away all civil liberties when they kill and steal and shove needles into their arms! Bastards, all of them!
Even Riverton who's been my mentor this whole time doesn't see what K-21 can offer. They'll all understand once I'm done, I can't let this opportunity to put my boot to the throats of the Rogues and help Liberty, no . . . mankind become more than we've ever been. God put it in place, I'll perfect it. I haven't had any subjects for my clinical trials, so I've had no use but to inject myself with the compound. There's one component which is being included in the serums, but it's classified. Riverton knows, but he won't tell me. I've got to isolate the compound so I can understand more about how this works and maybe even replicate it.
The lab animals seem to be holding up fine and after about a week of the treatment, they're eating and sleeping less with no negative effects. I was even able to inject several of the poisoned miners with my serum and they've been recovering from the neurotoxin! The admiralty has ordered me to stop administering the serum and their condition has become worse. With no extended exposure, they'll never see long-term regenerative effects. Idiots...they take lives everyday with their guns, but they slap my wrists for trying to save some. Where are the morals in that?
Damn, I've been working for two days straight without any rest. Serum or no, it's taking its toll. I'm going to have to put this up for now, but my self-trials will continue until I find more suitable specimens. Like it or not, my research will continue and they'll thank me for everything I've done. I'll be a national hero. I'll be a god! The universe at my feet! So soon...there's only one alternative I can see. There's no way the Rogues could remember me. The Virtuous is equipped with enough high power turrets to give any cruiser a run for its money. If I can lure the Rogues out, then I'll take them aboard as medical prisoners and that'll be my chance. Oh yes, then I'll inject them too. I'll shove all my needles into them, it's what they love after all. Pump them with drugs and become a god...I'll kill them all. A hero, I'll be a hero...
