This is some footage taken yet again of a Smuggler named The_Raven docking at Manhattin with a full load of Cardi. We blow him up? he is back in hours. We lock down the ring's,and mooring fixtures? he still docks somehow by-passing our security. Something needs to be done to this Lad. All bases need to be put on high alert, andall codes changed, and or scrambled.

[font=Palatino Linotype]Salutations,
I'm forwarding some evidence in regards to two known hostile AI-Cruisers. They have engaged us in total of three to four times. We have managed to receive the logs of a Siege-Cruiser Captain confirming the hostile intentions of these two bogeys. Also, the second evidence (B) will show one of the AI-Cruisers asking to be turned in, of course if it was programmed previously to attack us, I would not risk anything. You can clearly read said AI-Cruiser's intentions of attacking us in the future once more after it was shot down, thus my suspicious were correct afterall. Probably an attempt to lower our guard down.

I request an immediate removal of the docking rights for these two AI-Cruisers, additionally issue a KOS order on both of them. They need to be struck down, once and for all.
There must be a backlog on application processing. Fortunately, I made copies of my orginals and I am resubmitting for your review.
Thank you for your promptness,

To: Liberty Navy Quartermaster Corps
Greetings,
As is traditional paperwork must be observed with the proper copies and seals of approval. So, I send this application for strikecraft upgrade. I have, at present, logged over 8.5 hours within the Executioner strikecraft provided by the BS-Mississippi. To tell the truth, it needs a heavy cleaning....due to the constant action she and I have seen....i.e. pirates, smugglers and Keepers, oh my! Please forgive excess body fluids and other debris....My commanders are not known for their understanding of time-off.
I include all the proper certifications and qaulifications within this transmission showing my completion of training.
Thank you for the use of the Executioner but I miss flying the Guardian and look forward to her shake down cruise.
Talk about "on-the-job-training," responding to an assitance request by [LN]-Tia.Whitehall led me down the rabbit hole this time. I came under the direct command of Admiral Hale who led us from Alaska to Minor to Delta and back. Needless to say, we were not in Kansas any more, me and Miss Liberty Belle. Fortunately, Whitehall's nav-coms was out of whack sending her vessel off course, but we all made it back to Alaska without entering Harm's way.
However, once left on our own by Adm. Hale, Whitehall and I were informed of hostilities within Alaska and our help was requested. We both scrambled and found a fellow officer under attack by an Artificial critter. Due to standing orders by Command we engaged and removed the target from our space. Regardless of the final shot, I must give equal credit to my fellow officers for the destruction of the target.
So, please take note of [LN]-Tia.WhiteHall and LN-Loky and their valiant stand to protect Liberty.
May Liberty reign!
Ensign Jeff Blue
P.S. I have yet to receive official notice of promotion, however, Adm. Hale informed me of my present rank enroute to assist Whitehall.

[font=Palatino Linotype]PILOT ANALYSIS (LOWER COMMAND)
- STRENGTHS AND REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS
Of those I have sufficiently observed to make a conclusive report:
_______________________
Lieutenant John Smith
A pilot who does his job in and outside the battle-field. A recently promoted Lieutenant but is rapidly improving his overall skills and fulfilling the rank to its fullest.
Strengths:
• Fast-responsive
• Extremely good at recon
• Follows clear orders with precision
• Steadfast survivability during combat
• Manages pressure well
• Eagle-Eye
• Possess a clear view of the laws and its applications
Required improvements:
• Aim (is however rapidly improving)
• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)
• Leadership skills (I will test you in due time)
• Greater combat efficiency (dealing damage)
_______________________
Lieutenant Matt Smith
Besides utilizing a different fighting-style and equipment, he is almost identical to his brother when it comes to on-field behaviour and skill possession.
Strengths:
• Fast-responsive
• Medium-level marksmanship
• Follows clear orders with precision
• Steadfast survivability during combat
• Manages pressure well
• Possess a clear view of the laws and its applications
Required improvements:
• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)
• Needs to be able to keep a cool head when dealing with annoying elements
• Leadership skills (I will test you in due time)
• Greater combat efficiency (dealing damage)
_______________________
Lieutenant Hank Kapinos
Technically a Commander who chose to downgrade himself in order to fully commit his time on the field rather than spending it on paper-work. Understandable and fully acceptable given his extremely well-made possession of combat-skills. He is one of our best combat-pilots. However, he seems to neglect the application of the laws and tends to act very trigger-happy. Similar behaviour as Lt. Maximo Valeri.
Strengths:
• Fast-responsive
• Follows clear orders with precision
• Extremely good tactical mind
• Extremely good marksmanship
• Extremely good survivability during combat
Required improvements:
• Greater knowledge of the Liberty Laws and its applications
• Greater respect for the Laws
_______________________
Sub-Lieutenant Joseph Tippman
One of our best interceptors, this man has been responsible for successfully hindering more than just one hostile target from escaping justice. He is showing promise to receive the rank of Lieutenant.
Strengths:
• Fast-responsive
• Navigational expert
• Extremely good interceptor
• Medium-level marksmanship
• Follows clear orders with precision
• Steadfast survivability during combat
• Manages pressure well
• Possess a clear view of the laws and its applications
Required improvements:
• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)
• Leadership skills (I will test you in due time)
• Greater combat efficiency (dealing damage)
_______________________
Ensign Barney Ross
A rather quiet pilot but has shown promise in his combat abilities. His marksmanship skills are not to be taken lightly. He is showing promise to receive the rank of Sub-Lieutenant but has still a few aspects to improve.
Strengths:
• Fast-responsive
• Medium-level marksmanship
• Follows clear orders with precision
• Manages pressure well
Required improvements:
• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)
• Greater survivability during combat
• Greater knowledge of the Liberty Laws and its applications
_______________________
Ensign Jeff Blue
A humble person who rather lets his comrades receive a reward for a job well done than himself. A trait that is both rarely found and honourable. By possessing this personality alone has he managed to earn my respect, but that is not to neglect his abilities to do his job on duty.
Strengths:
• Fast-responsive
• Follows clear orders with precision
Required improvements:
• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)
• Greater survivability during combat
• Greater knowledge of the Liberty Laws and its applications
• Greater combat efficiency (dealing damage)
• Greater management of pressure
_______________________
Ensign Sius Remus
A pilot who is showing promise to step up on the ladder, he is always readily available to receive and execute any order given.
Strengths:
• Fast-responsive
• Follows clear orders with precision
Required improvements:
• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)
• Greater survivability during combat
• Greater knowledge of the Liberty Laws and its applications
• Greater combat efficiency (dealing damage)
• Greater management of pressure
_______________________
Ensign Anna Veers
A pilot who most of the time does her job but tends to act out bad decisions when no superior officer is present and is forced to make independent decisions. Some decisions have lead to major political and/or diplomatic complications for the Liberty Navy. Although everyone are allowed to make mistakes, they have a limit.
Strengths:
• Fast-responsive
• Follows clear orders with precision
Required improvements:
• A lot greater knowledge of the Liberty Laws and its applications
• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)
• Greater survivability during combat
• Greater combat efficiency (dealing damage)
• Greater management of pressure
_______________________
Recruit Tia Whitehall
Our only Light-Fighter pilot but one who represents the stated ship-class in a really good light. She knows that Liberator inside-out and is an extremely well-trained support-pilot. However, she tends to act a bit unsure during certain situations but hopefully a longer experience on-field will improve her confidence in herself.
Strengths:
• Fast-responsive
• Follows clear orders with precision
• Extremely good support pilot
• Good interceptor pilot
• Extremely good survivability during combat
Required improvements:
• Greater knowledge of the Liberty Laws and its applications
• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)
• Greater management of pressure
• Greater confidence in your own decisions

Had a short patrol today with Jennifer Kelly, who is an excellent shot I might add.
We started our patrol by going to clear Texas, and we hit a Lane Hacker on the
first Trade Lane. We subsequently engaged and destroyed the Sabre, and
continued to patrol Texas, and then California. In California, we found
the Lane Hacker Phate at the Cortez gate, engaging a transport. We
engaged we a pair of Mandalorian mercenaries, but the infamous
Phate jumped, and was given a full load of Nanobots by
Eric Noxx. After that, Phate fled towards a Rogue base
named "Montezuma" that was hidden in a field of ice in
Cortez. There, Kelly engaged another Lane Hacker after
not being able to catch Phate. Their fate is unknown to
me, as I had to leave for a meeting on Manhattan.
I'd recommend you sit down; Sir. It's gonna be a big one.
Mission Report
Extended Reconnaissance - Rheinland Objectives:
Primary:
- Determination of Rheinland Military Force SUCCESS
- Gather information on Enemy infrastructureSUCCESS
Secondary:
- Detection of weak areas in defence and economy SUCCESS
- Sabotage Enemy production/supply facilities FAILURE
Additional Details:
Departed Manhattan in my Avenger, having collected necessary supplies. Chose that moment to pick up our favourite bandit of the airwaves. Seeing as the Raven was headed into Manhattan, I hung around a little longer then I'd planned. A nearby Freelancer (Hikaru Yinagi) offered assistance; and we attempted to prevent his landing.
Bloody dock officer was taking a nap. Let him sail clear on in. No nearby officer had access to cruise disruptors, so we had no other option but to pursue on his departure. We tracked the smuggler to Rochester, where he bunkered down.
The Raven fleeing
I left the Freelancer at that point; detecting another signal. Turned out to be a Bayonet Heavy Fighter with Outcast papers. Name of Clayton Rollison. I've met some strange folk flying 'round Liberty, but this guy takes the cake. Only Outcast I've seen to comply with all demands. Halted. Handed over six of our pilots (From his attitude I find it difficult to believe that he was the one who shot them.). *The Ensign grins* Even left when I asked.
Log of the Encounter
Following that I headed out to Rheinland, via the Minnesota track. Comparatively quiet until I hit Bremen. The Rheinlanders have stationed a battleship at the Jump hole, big brute, RNC - Westphalia. Thankfully her weapons are relatively short ranged. Shame the same can't be said for her fighter compliment. Still; I managed to make it the Hamburg hole, and lost the interceptors in the surrounding asteroids. Even got a scan of one.
The Battleship
Rheinland 'Wraith' Fighter
Made it to scanning range of Hamburg more or less in one piece, and without detection. Judging from outbound transports; the planet remains a major food source. Any blockade here could cripple enemy morale. Hamburg also provides as the sole mapped means of accessing either the Hudson or Bering Jumpgates and through them; Liberty. Even a raid at this point would delay Rheinlands ability to effectively react to events in those systems; essentially cutting forward elements off from support. Easy pickings, Sir.
Planet Hamburg
Following further forays, I've got a section of other valuable targets:
'The Ring'
...ERROR No Image Available...
A monumental structure, locked in New Berlin's orbit. Attack would be difficult, due to geographical proximity and military protection in the core of Rheinland.
However; it is a major enemy production facility, as well as something of an icon to the populace. Even damaging it would be a hammer blow to both morale and economic power.
Mainz Storage Facility
Role has changed little with the war. A large resource dump (Primarily H-Fuel); though it's distance from Liberty makes large scale deployments difficult. Small scale raids via the Hamburg Jumphole (Files attached.) may be enough to garner resources for our forces operating in the sector. Should the station fall, enemy activity is likely to decline with the diminishing fuel.
Emerging from the Sigma-13 jump hole into Frankfurt (I was lucky to find the thing. Took two days observation. A note to command here: Any chance of a bigger cockpit in the Avenger class?), I was intercepted by a 'Bundscuh' patrol. Rather then risk Libertonian weapon fire detectable from military stations; I plotted a course for the gas formation behind Mainz, intending to lose them in the cloud.
Bundscuh Patrol
Well; I found a hell of a lot more then a few pirates. Sensors lit up like spotlights the instant I came in. Largest signature was coming from deeper in; it seemed to be some variety of station. Absolutely surrounded by defence platforms. If Rheinland's willing to go to that much difficulty to keep this thing safe, it can't be good news for us.
Station detected
*Ripper sighs, some of the grin fading.* I got pinged. Whatever scanners they've got on board are pretty nasty, even through radiation. Enemy comm chatter went nuts for a few minutes, then cut out. Presumably someone set off an EMP at that point. Lost my instruments and weapons. I lost my own communications and legged it. Don't know how I ended up where I did, in all honesty. Hit a jumphole in the gas cloud. Flew right into it.
The hole dropped me at Hamburg where I was able to get some signal back home. Figured it didn't matter at that point, seeing as they knew where I was. The Task Force Seven vessel; LNS-Wyoming (Overlord Class) answered the distress signal and set track for Minnesota to beat back pursuers. I hot-footed it for the Bremen jump hole (Exits Sector C3, Hamburg.) when the Westfalen scrambled interceptors. I made it just as they got to the hole; tore my shields down and put a few dents in the old girls wings. Still; she made the jump.
Contact with the Wyoming
The RNC-Westphalia had evidently heard the earlier chatter, and engaged as soon as I entered weapon range. Took out primary engines. *He chuckles drily*. Had the momentum to carry me through the hole thankfully. The Wyoming even had the decency to prevent me coasting into a planet. Decent guy all considered.
The Avenger's currently undergoing repairs on board Moorhead station. Looks like she's gonna pull through.

First, I just wanted to make some special mention of Lt. Hank Kapinos and Recruit Jeff Blue. Both of you showed remarkably cool heads in yesterday's incident. I'm impressed. I'll be honest with the both of you Omicron Delta scares the hell out of me. Your actions in that incident have been noted and passed on to your direct superiour officers. Needless to say, Cpt. Zanders will be pleased to hear about your good conduct.
Jeff Blue has been promoted to the rank of Ensign, partly on the basis of the competance shown on this occasion. Congratulations Ensign.
Tia Whitehall, once the screening process is complete on [color=#000000][font=Fixedsys][CLASSIFIED], I will require you to report to my office at Fort Bragg for debriefing.

Communications Subject: Navy Patrol lost
Let's get straight to business, because I thought this was a news that would concern the Primary Fleet. At 18.00 hours today, I was on shift managing patrols based in Bering. Ensign Elena Stanford, of your ranks, was leading them. Everything went well till 18.30 hours when some scrambled communications came in, something along the lines of...
So on. Soon after, at around 19.30 hours, all units lost communications with Mission Control. I am afraid to say that all the wings have been destroyed, and the commanding Officer Elena Stanford is MIA.
