Hale here.
Ladies and gentlemen of the Liberty Navy, I'm sure you will have noticed a large number of changes have occured recently, and myself and the high command owe you some explanation for these.
As you're more than likely aware, I resigned my commission as Fleet Admiral of the Liberty Navy. I have since been brought back into service following some rather turbulent times.
Prior to my attempt at resigning from the Navy, I placed Tamara Paige (Vice Admiral), and David Porter (Commodore) in the high command structure to support Admiral Jack Malrone and Vice Admiral Lucas Wilder. Upon handing in my resignation, I named Tamara Paige as the new Fleet Admiral. She introduced a number of further changes in the ranking structure in the higher echelons of the Liberty Navy. Adding Lance Conway to the admiralty.
Many of Miss Paige's actions were rather damaging to the Navy as a whole. Admiral Jack Malrone was unfortunately sidelined during this period, and had little input on various decisions being made.
Vice Admiral Lucas Wilder objected to a large number of actions within the Admiralty and sadly resigned. He is an excellent officer, and one who has done the navy a great service.
Lance Conway's rather iron-fisted approach to the welfare of the officers within the Liberty Navy earned him a dishonorable discharge from the Liberty Navy, on grounds of bullying and incompetance.
Tamara Paige then also resigned, leaving a gulf in the leadership. I was requested to resume my role as Fleet Admiral, and accepted.
I have reformed the high command structure with the following individuals:

David Hale - Fleet Admiral
Jack Malrone - Admiral
Christina Robinson - Admiral (Commodore)
Stephanie Gray - Vice Admiral
Christopher Hood - Vice Admiral

I wish to extend my personal thanks to these individuals, partcularly Commodore Christina Robinson, who volunteered to return from retirement.
