Buongiorno,
Apparently that's how you people greet one another. That's what Alessan told me many months ago.
I don't know which Don or Lanciere will receive this transmission, but allow me to introduce myself. I'm Cerulean, or at least, that is my color. I am the Reaver Mercenary Company's Operations Lead, and in the absence of even more impressively titled individuals, run this organization.
Now,
Captain "Bastard", one of the Company's more colorful allies, has already spoken to one of your pilots in the past. Apparently, the Lance is interested in offering us more permanent employment.
Surely you are aware of the fact that not too long ago, we shot your pilots, and Outcasts in general, on an almost daily basis. I assume that this is something you didn't enjoy.
So, I have an offer. A way for us to earn your trust. Give us a task to prove our usefulness. A target to assassinate. Once that task is complete, we may hopefully negotiate something more permanent.
I believe there has been some loose communication in recent times, with the civil conflict now at it's apparent end however, I must admit I was at a loss on how things were going. My associate Rina who had originally spoken to one of you...she's been in her own little world recently and so she's been replaced as my closest with someone much more reliable.
Regardless, to business. Though we've noted that you have not taken much notice in the Lances affairs themselves. Outcasts on the whole have been a victim of your firepower for some time now. This would perhaps concern the Ghosts more than us but...as you may have seen, we work more specifically on our own agenda. Due to this, we have indeed come up with specific criterion.
Colonial IFF - "CR|" or "27th|" tagged Callsign - Fighter/Bomber Class - 5 or alternatively, a Capital Class which we will count for the equivalent to 3 fighter/bomber class ships.
That is all. Provide us with Bounty-Board standard proof of every kill and that will pave the way to a more permanent deal. I'm sure you don't like failure any more than we do.

More good news. Unfortunately, Red and I had been doing some heavy drinking just before, so I took an unplanned trip to Curacao's surface during this fight. Quite nice down there, I have to say. Explains why a few of these Colonials chose to follow me not too long after.

Red wasn't very sober either - not that he every is, really - so there's a scan missing. My apologies for that. Still, all this adds up to a grand total of eight Colonials' ships sought and destroyed, including a gunboat.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to track down any Coalition ships just yet. Unless they crawl out of their caves, we may not be able to successfully complete that part of the agreement within the near future. Do you have any other targets you'd like us to dispatch?
Commendable. Perhaps they lack in skill though we've all seen for ourselves the damage you cause and the extents you go to, to earn your living.
It seems the Coalition have backed off recently. Our convoys have been moving through the Omega's without fault again. I suppose I can turn a blind eye to that one. Instead I have another proposal. One that you may not like but...you want a more permanent deal? You have no choice.
The Independent Miners Guild. A daily pain in our backsides. Normally we can successfully dispose of them, cleaning them out of our space; however we noted that you indeed worked for them for a long time. That will obviously have to change and what better way to prove that you mean business than to cause them some further misery.
Three IMG IFF - Fighter/Bomber Class ships
Two IMG IFF - Transport Class ships. More for good measure that anything else.
If however you come across one of their Battle Cruisers...kill one of those and you can negate one of the two criteria. Either way, I heavily doubt this will be a problem for you...providing you're certain about breaking your old allegiance.

Bad news, at least for you.
Our joint operation two days ago went poorly. You know this, I know this. You, Mr. Orsini, broke one of the golden rules of the Company.
Nobody knows who we work for. We don't tell them, you don't tell them.
You chose to tell the Guild of our contract. Now, it doesn't surprise anyone that shooting the Guild would worsen our relations with them. This does not, however, mean that they can know who we're doing it for.
We aren't willing to continue working for you without pay, and more importantly, without knowing what you intend to pay us in the future.
I do know how much your head is worth, and I no longer believe that giving up on that particular bounty is worth the risk we're taking by siding with you.
Simply put: I have no choice but to prematurely cancel this contract.
You'd do well to expect our antimatter cannons pointed at you once more.
