Greetings, i am looking for someone to talk to regarding planet Houston in the Texas system. It is the place where the Guild has originated from, and it is still the place where we get most of our recruits, as rehabilitated former inmates from Huntsville and Sugarland come here looking to go straight.
As you already know, the former guildmaster decided to move the Guilds headquarters from Houston when the war with Rheinland started and it jeopardised our operations. Now that war looms the Manchester system as well, i have moved the headquarters to Shikoku and frankly we are getting tired of moving highly valuable information and assets around. Our place is on Houston and we want to refit our old instalations and bring them back to full operating conditions.
My intel shows that the main front of the war with Rheinland has moved from the Texas system and it will not be back anytime soon. I would like to get an official response on this matter and your reccomandations on how to proceed with our plans.
If all goes well i plan on advising the Guild Council on sending the APM transport fleet to Houston so we can get to work and strenghten our age old cooperation. Please keep all further communication on this secure channel. I will wait for your official response

Ever since the Kanzler ordered the destruction of the Jump Gates to Hamburg, the Rheinland Military has withdrawn almost entirely from attacking the Texas system. Most parties travelling to the independent worlds now face much less risk of stumbling across a battle zone. Despite the Guild's lack of involvement this conflict, we do appreciate how this may have negatively affected your business in the region.

To my knowledge, the Guild facilities on Planet Houston are mostly untouched. In all honesty, I was not even aware that the Guild had really left - more that things had just become quieter for you. Given the ease of transit in the region, I am confident that the Guild will not have any major difficulties relocating its Headquarters back to Planet Houston. The only potential issue that you may face is the replenishment of your armouries. Since the outbreak of the war, most privately manufactured munitions heading to Texas were purchased by the Government before reaching the open market, leaving the pickings for other private entitites without fixed contracts somewhat scarce. However, it's projected that over the course of the next few months, as the military buildup in the area decreases, the munitions market on the planet will return to surplus.

I hope the increased presence of the Guild in Liberty will reduce the criminal element even more. Regarding that i have another proposition for the Republic of Liberty.
