My name is Reina Pavoni, a pilot for the Vagrant Raiders. Earlier today we made some supply shipments to Cloppenburg Base, two freighters full of light arms and food rations. We left the goods in storage containers that I'm sure you've found by the time you see this. We will bring more soon

Alright crew... Keep this transmission quiet. Seems like everything in this field wants a piece of the cargo.
*Er-hem* Raiders, I've forewarded this transmission to Oberst Klugmann. I'm certain he'll be very pleased. We've actually managed another shipment of Fertilizers delivered to the currently-occupied Freeport Vier, but I don't think we'll be able to manage this feat often. The Navymen there looked trigger-happy.
Danke for your support, I'm certain if we keep up the mutual aid, we'll both be much better off from it.
Today I had the Rogue World out and brought a freighter load of light arms to Cloppenburg. They were left in locked crates in the same area as the last delivery.
I have a feeling that I'll be visiting Cloppenburg more often, so if you would prefer something more than light arms, please let me know

Greetings, friends! I am Erasmas de Shahrizai, head of the Vagrant Transport Division; I saw your need, and I delivered.
So, I understand your struggle for the liberation of your homeland requires a steady supply of... tools. Maintenance can go only so far in keeping the old ones going, right? Collateral damage, fatal imperfections, field casualties, not to mention the simple need for ammunition; another entirely distinct headache is compatibility, with the "unofficial" market flooded with miriads of different models and variants, each with their own different munitions and spare parts. I can see how this can put a serious hamper on an armed initiative that doesn't have a direct source of materials.
Well, worry no more, because I bring you here the latest innovation on the market, straight from Detroit Munitions.
The sheet speaks for itself: the modular design should bring a new degree of maintenance ease and durability to your weapon ordinance; now, to ensure that you can take full advantage of such a spectacular product, I made sure that you had an... adequate amount of weapons, parts and ammunitions.
Fear not, the Vagrant Transport Division has not forgotten other more basic needs, like medical supplies, for example. You can expect more shipments from our transports in the near future. In the meantime, let me extend the warmest salutations to your organizations, and the best wishes for your initiatives.
Danke for your aid in regards to the deliveries. What passes as our "merchant fleet" is miniscule and I wouldn't wish to keep Aktivist Von Stierlitz from his precious sleep that he has lacked for more than a month.
In regards to Cloppenburg (and to a somewhat lesser degree, our other bases), we have found it to be in great demand of Refined Hydrocarbons. I'll... Need to re-verify with its Quartermaster what the precise need for the material is, but it appeared rather insistent. After verifying certain Sirian Economic Frequencies on the Neural Net, it appears the Independent Miners Guild has a Bretonian facility that deals in the refined material. I would start your search there.
A few questions regarding the Libertonian arms offered; are these primarily ballistic-based or laser (blaster) weaponry? And are they capable of being easily thwarted by Military-grade Power Armor?

Oh dear, I suppose the instruction sheets went lost somewhere along the transport. My sincere apologies.
The XM8 is indeed a ballistic rifle, and one of the finest; not merely for the excellence of its design, but also because it is capable of using a multitude of different ammunitions (you might have noticed the various colors on the tips of the bullets):
As you can see, there's an ordinance for every need; the spotter bullet can even be modified to hold a tiny tracking device, although the process tends to render the bullet a bit more fragile, so it is advised to use it only on "softer" targets for that purpouse, such as civilian/unarmored vehicles.
As for the undoubtedly problematic issue of powered armors, a mere bullet would do little damage (unless carefully aimed at a weak spot: an AP bullet on the visor or the engine's ventilation will not destroy the armor, but render it effectively useless in the field); luckily, the XM8 can mount a supplementary 40mm grenade launcher, which can use two different kinds of ammunition:
The gray ones are standard High-Explosive ordinance, an all-purpouse grenade that can tear down walls, cripple a tank's locomotion, and generally cause lovely explosive chaos; the yellow grenade has a termitic load and a plasma ignition; upon impact, it will create a small quantity of termitic plasma, which can reach 3500°C and will keep burning for an entire minute: not even the sturdiest rheinlandic power armor can withstand that kind of abusement, not to mention the temperatures that the soldier inside will be subject to, much before that the armor receives substantial damage.
I have also read some news about an upcoming "bunker buster" grenade: I'm not sure if it will be compatible with the XM8, but I'll keep you updated on it.
A few days ago I made a food delivery to Munich with the new Rogue World Asylum. It was a long trip, so reporting it to you slipped my mind a bit. The food was distributed when I arrived, so there's no need to worry about it being spoiled.
Today Matsuda and I made a pharmaceutical delivery to Bruchsal base. Between the two of our ships, there should be more than enough to go around for now. If not, more ships will be coming soon
As a token of the Widerstand's gratitude for your continued philanthropic aid, I am hereby offering all Raider vessels passage through the Luneburg System. No doubt your scanners picked up the jump holes connecting to it upon shipments to our stations.
My sole request regarding Luneburg is that word of it does not leave your organization. Hundreds of refugee lives depend upon its utmost secrecy.
The most practical reason to make use of the system would be how it will shed a huge amount of time upon your convoys to and from Rheinland. You may feel free to take advantage of that convenience freely.
In addition, the Raiders may if they wish it request our Tachyon weaponry for their own use. I have enough trust in the organization that our infamous, overcharged weaponry will not be used for ill purposes. I ask only that officialized requests stating type and quantity be filed before using.

Your offer has been noted and is appreciated. It will take time to calibrate our ship cores to handle your high-capacity tachyon weaponry, but we do have an interest in using them when our systems are prepared. A small test run is being deliberated as we speak.
Access to Luneburg is particularly welcome. The New Berlin run comes uncomfortably close to multiple Bundesrepublik installations - Vierlande in particular, taking the route through the Independent Worlds. Based on my charts - admittedly rather incomplete regarding the particulars of Luneburg - we should be able to completely avoid Rheinwehr patrols. Some of our transport corps is completely unaccustomed to combat and, consequently, appreciative of this change.
I'm also calling to pass along a warning. The terrorist-wannabe known as "Rip Red Rorry" interdicted a shipment of fertilizers we were bringing back, demanding the cargo's destruction. My men inform me that he claims to be active in Rheinland as well, and was last seen at the helm of a Tridente-class heavy gunship.
As for many other problems, I recommend a large dose of antimatter.
