Quote:I am still here... in this city... It's inhabitants are robotic, remnants of a lost, alien race. You see, we all heard of the Dom Kavash. They disappeared, but how? Now, I found out. Those machines are representatives of the race who wiped out the Dom Kavash. Those people once were organic, but due to genetic mutations, they lost the capacity to procreate. They used cloning technology, but they didn't solved the genetic degeneration that was to follow. For thousands of years they kept cloning, until a rapidly-progressing genetic disease enveloped all their people. So they started to implant their minds in robotic bodies, to preserve their race. They wanted to end their lives before the degeneration went too far, and recalled all their fleet units, city ships and the Capitol city to a remote, desert system. There, they forced all the 3 suns to go supernovas. Incredibly, the Capitol City shield held, and they survived. Now, here I am, learning from them as much as I can. We exchanged information, and they are willing to let me go, they consider me a friend. You can't come after me, because the nebula in which the City is standing is a hot blazing furnace. Not even our best battleship class shields can't resist to these conditions. Fortunately, before I was incinerated, I was transported safely into this city, my fighter is gone. They will deliver me to Mactan base in a life pod, by using the same transporting technology they used to get me out of my fighter. I also said them that we encountered the Dom Kavash guardians, the Nomads, and they replied that they already know about that. Our new friends here are willing to show us some weakness that the Nomads have. If we can exploit them, the Nomads won't be a problem. Maybe they can hand us one of their motherships, since I saw a a few flying in the hot dense matter outside the protective city shield, which seem to handle the heat and pressure as well as the city itself. They said that the colonies were kept under surveillance since they were built, and were surprised to see the Order victorious against the Nomads. They are not interested by our internal affairs, but if the Nomads will try something which we can't handle, we can ask for help, they will be more than happy to have the chance to finish the Nomads once for all.
I will be back in a couple of days... that's the required time to build a life pod to fulfill my basic needs, in order to survive. Hope you will be all safe until I arrive! And I will need a new fighter, since my old one is lost. Best regards, Aaron Frost.
