I am answering on behalf of The Order Overwatch as this is our operation in particular in the making.

We are the Special Operations Command, SOC for short and you indeed met one of our agents. Due to sudden deployment of Naval battlegroup into the Kansas system, we are unable to give you an estimate on our arrival - in our best interest is to take Liberty Navy out of the factors before proceeding. Second point, coming "uninvited" will increase security of overall operation. Our operatives will go straight for the "device" and will be answering to no one but SOC mission control or Overwatch itself.

That saying, all we ask is to make Turtle Creek nebula off-limits for the time being. That approach does have its merits.

The order regarding Turtle Creek has already been issued; I hadn't expected to learn that some of our Raiders already did go there.

I suspect that the Navy arrival wasn't about your agent, but even so, the matter bears further investigation. But I'm sure you already have contacts that are on it.
