You can check if a ship existed.
It's been said you won't get it restored if it's deleted in an inactivity wipe.
Was it worth losing a member of the community over?
I know the admins are very busy, but surely they could have made an exception for a barge.
The balance has been disturbed, and if it keeps on going like this, barges will die.
So yes, your answer is reasonable, maybe an exception should have been made.

+1 here, Given the vessel i too think an exception should have been made, This place quite frankly can't afford to lose members

If that's the case, I better get my Barge back too.
How about my cap 8 Jinkusu? (Neph now)
Or maybe my lost fighter.
Or a gunboat.
See where I'm going?
And yes, I had a Barge before. Lost in an activity wipe as well.
Glad to see you weren't too attached and stayed! This doesn't change the fact we're a few barges short though, unfortunately. Only adds to it. And you can't get barges, you can buy a new CAU8 ship any time you want.
I wonder how many barges were active when they stopped selling them, would be nice to know.
