We'll have us a mighty-swell time, I can assure you, good citizen! Here, almost anyone can post in them feedbacks and opinions 'bout us, both iRP and //ooRP. We'd be glad to know how y'all think 'bout us, how we've been treatin' y'all right, and...

The least y'all can do for us hard-workin' and tireless men and women like us is tell us what we did right! ... or did wrong, dun matter, dun it?
Aw well... In any case, your feedback, no matter how small, is mighty-appreciated.
In other news, we're finally openin' our doors for recruitment. That's right! If any of y'all think you've got what it takes to join the 56'th Division, y'all can fill out your applications HERE. Which y'all can also find on the relevant links, which so happens to be also called the Application & Recruitment Channel, just for your information. Dun mind too much 'bout Harriet. She's a real whiskey-girl alright... and for good reasons. But she's actually a swell gal if y'all get to know her all proper-like, heheh.
Oh, and one last note... Me and Harriet ain't in a relationship. That is all. Ahem... Yeah.
Hello, y'all! The 4-56'th is my creation, which seems 'bout right that I'm the first to make the first oorp message.
This extensive project began when I first decided to make my Liberty Dreadnought, the LNS-Florida.Keys. It was a long-held dream of mine, one of the things I wanted to do before Freelancer might kick the dirt one day. But over time, I grew attached to the ship. Despite it being the first cap I've ever flown, it's proven to be so much fun. So much, that I decided to make a story behind it.
When I asked Sarawr for advice, he (still not sure if she, will assume he for internetz sake) gave me a suggestion to have the backstory I made for Florida.Keys into an unofficial faction. And when I saw Rainth345 have this avatar about the Liberty Texas Armada, the pieces somehow fell into place in my head. After asking further help and advice from Sarawr, Rainth and others, I began this monumental project on my own. It's taken so long, but finally it is here.
As of this writing, the UOF's still technically in it's teething stages, despite my best efforts to make it as professional-looking as possible. I plan to slowly make it grow and mature over time... when it gets new members, when I smooth out the kinks in the system, etc. etc.
I don't aim to make this UOF official. We've already got the [LN] for that, don't we? Even then, I still have great plans for this faction. Being it's creator and no 2iC yet, it's still not an "official" UOF, but for now I find great joy in having worked really hard for it. To have this faction one day have members and carve its name into the annals of Sirian History would just be the icing on top of the cake.
And I honestly would -love- to hear the community's feedbacks and opinions on my little baby.
I will say that it's formatted very, very well. (Definitely better than I'd be able to.)
I do note that a lot of the content in your information section is taken from the official faction and given a Texan accent. Not necessarily "bad", but something I noted.
Coming from a resident "elitist", I think that avoiding the (from what I've seen) secondary fleet tendancy to overuse caps would greatly improve the reception of your faction in the eyes of the community. In addition, roleplaying the Caps you do use would also help.
Otherwise, it's written-up very well. Best of luck to you guys, and maybe you'll meet some Bundies if we pay Liberty a (smuggling) visit.
I like a lot of what I see in your Faction Status, but there are a few points I'd like to help you on.
First of all, it's neat that you've mirrored [LN]'s diplomacy, since sometimes it's hard to tell if some ship from the other side of Sirius isn't actually hostile. However, the Shoot On Sight part is actually way out of date, and probably doesn't apply to 4-56|.
Something that may need to be sized down is the rank structure - for most factions it's easier for new members to handle a smaller, simpler system. Not that you'll need to delete the side titles or something, but condensing them a bit would help.
Your Areas of Operation only list a 10k Radius around the Texas gate for Hudson and Bering. As of 4.87, their gates to Hamburg were blown up, resulting in those two systems being effectively owned by Liberty.
Also if you'd like to focus on Texas, it may fit your RP more to have your main Zone of Influence be adjacent to Texas or Rheinland (NY, Cali, Penn, Minn, Virginia, New Hampshire, Bremen, Hudson, Bering) and a secondary zone for all the other systems allowed on the LN ID and by roleplay.
"You see what your knowledge tells you you're seeing. ... how, what you think the universe is, and how you react to that in everything you do, depends on what you know. And when that knowledge changes, for you, the universe changes. And that is as true for the whole of society as that is for the individual. We all are what we know, today. What we knew yesterday, was different; and so were we."
- James Burke, The Day the Universe Changed (1985)
