Docking on House police or military bases after being caught smuggling

So i was wondering. since they changed the rules a little, is it still against the rules to land on a Police or military base or planet when you are caught smuggling to avoid being blown up? I ask because i dont see it in the server rules page.

It could be seen as oorp and sanctioned as such, although that's unlikely. What is more likely to happen is the admins will correct your reputation so that your smuggler can't land on lawful bases.

What happens if one of them jumps through a JG, then F1s at the other side, so when you jump you don't get the "engaging cloak" message.

Then they just magically disappear, no time to get screenshots.

I think that was fixed with people blowing up if they F1 after x seconds after jumping.

It was present in 86, but since then I haven't pirated much next to gates, so I am not 100% sure if that is still the case.

People have still been sanctioned for that. Definitely a no no, regardless of whether this apparent measure to stop it works or not.

If someone tells you not to dock with their base and you are not an allied ID, then you simply don't.
Otherwise people get butthurt.

So far, everyone that's F1d in front of me, I've killed, so have never bothered to report them.

Recently killed some idiot in Shikoku, a Navy cruiser shows up, (I'm in a VHF), and he F1s right by the cruiser, dead within seconds, even CDd all his cargo so his little cruiser friend can't babysit it for him.

Can't be having some cheating coward come back to retrieve his cargo now can we?
