I come to you on behalf of EFL Oil & Machinery as part of our initial business efforts in Rheinland. On previous occasions, we have reached out to ALG Waste Disposal with limited success in our efforts to streamline our supply networks, decrease costs, and consider alternative raw manufacturing materials. While our pilots are by no means a common sight in your space, they have informed me that Daumann Heavy Construction is, in many respects, similar to EFL within Gallia – a dominant entity with extensive resources of its own. It would be quite an oversight if we failed to discuss whether we might cooperate in a number of matters. I would certainly appreciate the opportunity to meet with your representatives to educate myself on Daumann's operations, and EFL stands ready to provide the same hospitality to you.
We have recently learned that Rheinland controls an extensive field of raw diamonds with possible industrial uses. While we have sophisticated processes to manufacture our own synthetic diamonds, it is expensive, and the product has an inferior useful life when compared to its natural counterpart. We primarily use them in our manufacturing processes – shearing panels, lathing individual components – and as bearings set between high-impact or particularly sensitive components. While the cost of natural diamonds is slightly higher than man-made stones initially, their longer expected useful life results in a lower cost for EFL overall. If these rumors are true, I would certainly be interested in additional information on any mining operations that may exist or some direction to the proper parties in interest.

Good day Mr. Tavernier,
it is a pleasure to hear from EFL representative, we also were informed about your corporation's position on he Gallic market, and there indeed are close similarities between us. That's true our corporation has acces to many raw materials, resources and high-tech products manufactured in our factories. The main part of Rheinland and Sirian ore markets is influenced by our corporation as well, you couldn't adress more appropriate corporation Mr. Tavernier. Daumann Heavy Construction controls nearly 100% of Sirian Diamond market, our diamonds, thanks to innovative cutting process technology, are of bestest quality.
Daumann plans to send business and diplomatic delegation to Gallia soon, we already contacted Royal Navy and Gallic Metal Service about it. While the Royal Navy answered, GMS' silence is source of concern to us, I believe EFL will be able to replace GMS in our business plan.
While I, of course, cannot speak to the Service's silence on the issue, I can say it's a pleasure to know than Daumann is already making arrangements to discuss cooperation with the Crown's enterprises. Monsieur St. Denis, a good friend of mine, is certainly not the type to let profitable ventures pass the Service unanswered unless by a rare mistake, and the Service may have much to tend to at present.
I would appreciate being kept aware of your plans as they develop. Whether we will join the Royal Navy's entourage outright I cannot say, but I suggest a separate meeting at our headquarters, Roanne Production Facility, for the sake of purely corporate matters. The economic gears are what keep the military wheels rolling smoothly, which is, thankfully, our business exclusively.
I have yet to hear from the Crown's entities that you have contacted, and I hope a meeting will still be arranged. Our offer for individual accomodations will continue to be open to your representatives.

Guten abend Mr. Tavernier,
We have finished preparation for our delegation to meet with EFL representatives. We had to take extra measures with our security detachment, as you may be aware, the trip from Rheinland to Gallia is a long and dangerous one, and that's the reason for the delay on our side. We are finishing our preparations and will be ready to depart in one week.
