Scylla vc Liberty BC

Hello to everyone. Help please, tell me your rich experience in the use of the ship "Scylla"(cruiser).
How can i win the battle with "Liberty Assault Battlecruiser"?Is it possible?))
I had 5 battles and I won only 1 of them (and this is thanks to the help of bomber).
Configuration of my ship 2 light mortars, 2 Cerberus Cruiser Turret, 4 Cruiser Pulse Cannon,4 Solaris Cruiser Turret (for small friends of BC))))), CAU 6. I saving energy by firing only the groups guns. Light mortar - a separate button.
Now i bought CAU 8 (not yet fought with it).
May be its need to use a strategy of battle at a big distance? (using light mortars).
What strategies need to use?

Tank the labc (smoke). I've jousted one and won before, but I was TSing all the time when jousting and I had a full cerb loadout

I am not so good with cruisers, but ye I have more often seen Scylla beat LABCs in conn. So yes you need proper strategy. I'd say three cerbs and 1 mortar/missile, 2 pulse cannon and rest cruiser turrets. You are smaller and more agile, whereas LABC's strafe speed is less than that of a dreadnought. Take advantage of it.

For LABC:
LABC, 1 Liberty, 1 Basic, 1 Bretonia Missile. Chainfire it like a boss, make scylla run like a used to be boss.

For Scylla:
3 Cerbs 1 LM, make LABC follow you, kill it, look like a boss, make LABC not like he ate donuts

Oh! Thanks to all for your help! I'll use 1 light mortar instead of 2 as before. Plus 3 cerbs instead of 2. Plus i'll make LABC follow me and sooting 2 pulse cannon +3 cerbs, simultaneously bobbing up and down or right and left, saving up energy for shoot mortar when LABC will stay without shield)))
And in the battle I'll find out at what distance it is better to do it))) He-he))

well...missiles can do some on labc if pilot knows what to do. thou LABC first role is to support battleships in terms of firepower and Ability to CD.

Solaris's are a bit useless on a scylla, it doesn't have good enough arcs to make use of them.
