Before I start I am terribly sorry in advance about the vagueness of this communication. However to manage certain considerations I am forced to ask a lot whilst being able to explain little.

I respectfully request to meet with you to discuss details of a complex nature. I can understand that we've never formally met and there must be many other things that daily compete for your attentions however . . . I need help. I really, desperately and truly wish I could say more but I cannot.
