I'm done listening to all the complaints about pirates conducting their business next to lawful planets and bases. I'm gonna ignore all complaints of this sort. WHY? Because the reverse is not receiving the same attention. I've seen sanctions for pirates who've pirated next to New Berlin and Manhattan ... but nowhere have there been sanctions on bounty hunters parked outside an unlawful base or planet attacking pirates and other miscellaneous unlawfuls. Oh ... and Junkers don't cause any troubles with anyone. True they get involved in smuggling ... but they do NOT warrant having murderous bounty hunters picking off Junker NPCs outside Yanagi in their bounty hunter gunships and bombers. I've seen two bounty hunters parked in front of Yangi in the past who somehow were GREEN with Junkers ... and today I find three bounty hunters RED with them ... and "farming" Junker pilots. SO ... which is it? You lawful bounty hunters (and other lawfuls) cannot have it both ways. Sigma 13 is becoming as bad as New York with regard to poor role play from noobs in capships.
Admins ... please make a ruling on this type of behavior. If pirates are forbidden from pirating near lawful planets and bases ... the same should be true for bounty hunters and lawfuls ... it should be forbidden for them to sit and park next to these bases and planets one day being GREEN with the base and the next day farming their pilots.

Yup ... they're next to Yanagi

Oh ... and here's an Outcast helping the bounty hunters kill the Order Osiris coming to defend Yanagi.

EDIT: Note the ship in the foreground ... its my Junker Smuggling vessel, Baltar.
Okay topic moved, stay flame free or I'll lock it.
Pirates only get sanctioned for being white with the law, so if these folks we're farming NPC's and not getting shot at, impossible, there's something we could do.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.
' Wrote:*Sigh* this belongs either Gen chat or Rules section....
*Sigh* Yes ... but it happens to be poor role play

So what do you propose we do about this? I filed a violation report a while back where a bounty hunter was firing on me next to Yanagi and he was either white or green with the Junkers then ... yet NOTHING happened to this bounty hunter. I've made numerous complaints about this behavior by bounty hunters and no one seems to care. I do hope this ruling is not going to be one sided.
Either way you look at it ... lawfuls "complain" in system chat ... going OOC all over it ... regardless of whether the pirate is red, green or white with lawfuls while pirating near a planet or base.
All I'm asking for is to balance the scales ... bounty hunters are constantly showing up in battle cruisers in Sigma 13 and just hanging out at Yanagi. They cannot be green one minute and red the next. And that bounty hunter I reported ... he broke out in system chat that it was the Yanagi Junkers who hired him ... what kinda role play is this? My character he was attacking lives on Yanagi.

Not quite sure who your talking about. Are you referring to the bounty hunters or me?
EDIT 2: just noticed the OC helping the BH bit... Did that OC ship then turn to engage the BH dude? cos if not, thats awful. I mean I can understand prioritising targets and all. If that was a battleship it makes sence to take down the big threat, but activly helping a BH is bad. Hopefully shortly after that the outcast shot at the bounty hunter.
Well if you really want to get down to it junkers aren't really unlawful. I mean they are to a degree but no junker would go and attack a hunter outright and nether should the reverse happen. So really in rp terms a bounty hunter could say that he had bribed those junkers to let him stay near their base, considering they aren't direct enemies.
But it is really oorp for those hunters to be killing the junkers right next to their base and for them to be docking on them. And sorry to say this Baltar but sig 13 has been like this for a while, and it won't be getting better anytime soon. New York in my opinion is alot better, hardly any cap ships around anymore with the new laws in place. You got the powertraders, oorp bounty hunter cap ships, and oorp pirate cap ships in sig 13. Just about everyone in that system is a little missed up(except maybe the GMG guys, they seemed alright in the few chances i ran across them).
And also why was a order battleship in sig 13? That to me seems worse than those hunters wasting a few junkers.

He'd better keep to his ship and be very well-protected if he docks at a Junker base. Just because the dockmaster takes a bribe doesn't mean the other elements present won't waste him on sight.
I haven't been a regular in Sigma 13 but had some rp there lately and was shocked at how blatantly "stupid" the play is there the last week.
"Me big--you little--Boom! Boom!", seems to be the rule of the day. Some of them are Russians with not so great English. It's BH's and pirates/Outcasts.
