Subject -- A business proposition
Hello, my name is Jacob Wells. Interspace representative for the Deep Space Engineering's Cold Lake project. I understand that Deep Space has already spoken to you on a few occasions, or at least mentioned a specific project they have been working on, known as the Cold Lake Project.
I am of the Board of Directors of said project, and we would like to make a business proposition with you, more specifically, your ability to haul materials. We require Two Hundred and Thirty thousand units (230,000) units of High Temperature Alloy.
From some research i've done on the commodity, it is sold on Planet Nuremberg in the Munich system. I'd like to have these brought up to the Ontario System and sold on Hamilton Station. We are prepared to offer you a sum of Two Hundred and Seventy Million credits (270,000,000) in extra to what you make during the process of hauling them to the destination.
Now. I understand that the distance and amount we are requesting is actually quite a large amount. I'll leave open the option to contact us in return, asking to have part of the order exported to another company. I'll leave the decision up to you.
I await your response.

Greetings Mr. Wells.
While I do appreciate the offer for work and would be happy to accept.
I sadly cannot under these conditions.
See awhile back with no warning or explanation Ageira removed docking rights for Junkers.
I've attempted to resolve the issue given our business dealings with DSE over the years.
DSE and Ageira being close business partners I expected the matter would have been resolved.
Still for some strange reason.. it wasn't.
So if you have a suitable secondary location for us to deliver to.. we would love to help.
Thanks for your offer though and good luck on your new venture.

I thank you for your timely response, that is not too much of a problem in our books. We have prepared many contracts, and have gotten things set up beforehand. The issue with the Ageria base can be easily re-arranged. That was merely off a inquiry of status with the base, being the 'optimal' base to supply them to.
After some looking around, and a few extra inquiries, we have made a deal with the Administrators of Freeport 14 to have materials dropped off there. If there are any problems with this new arrangement, let me know.

Hello my apologies on the lateness of this response.
Things are rather chaotic and dangerous for our transports in Liberty.
Renegade Rogues, Reavers and pierats plague our routes attacking our ships.
They focus their fire on our super transports causing heavy losses.
While I know this isn't your problem its important for you to understand.
In the past we'd been able to sustain a sorta understanding with the Rogues.
This has not been the case lately and were having to hire more protection.
Our costs have substantially increased but still.. a deal's a deal.
We will honor our agreement and direct our transports to fulfill the contract.
Your station should be receiving shipments soon.
Hello again!
Sorry for my delay.. got held up on my way here by some lawfuls.
Seems we can't go anywhere these days without some sort of harassment.
Cops get mad when we play nice with the criminals and vice versa.
Never ending I tell ya!
Anyway here ya go!!

With your records, and the checkups we have done on the station, your hauling has been verified. It was good doing business with you, perhaps if you're still interested we can come to another deal in the later stages of the project.
Your payment has been sent. We appreciate your help and support.
