Hello, my name is Jacob Wells. Interspace representative for the Deep Space Engineering's Cold Lake project. I understand that you have already been contacted about a pending proposition, but haven't been filled in with any details. I'm contacting you to clear out any questions, and to present the facts to you.
I believe you may have heard the public announcement of the Cold Lake project, and if not, i'll include some Neural Net links at the end of the transmission which may clear up any questions on what we are working to right now. In light of this, we'd like to contract your hauling fleets to make a large delivery of materials to Camrose Supply Dept in the Alberta System, for the construction team of the project.
We'd require from you, One Hundred Thousand units of Robotic Hardware (100,000) which can be found on Planet Los Angeles for a negotiated price of 250 credits per unit of cargo. That number totals up to about Twenty Five Million credits. (25,000,000) in total.
We are prepared to offer you, Eighty Five Million credits (85,000,000) in total, payable upon completion, for hauling the requested materials to Camrose Depot. Of course, we'd ask if the deliveries were properly captured with a gun-cam, and appended onto this Neural Net channel for proof. This also carries the promise that your company will be considered in the future, for the future stages of the project.
Greetings Jacob Wells. We have received your request.
We understand this is a project in motion, and so this business proposition has been discussed on our board. We will agree to a total payment of 125,000,000 sirius credits for our services. It would be appreciated if you would accept these change of terms and we can start moving as soon as possible.
Signed,
James Barlow

I thank you for getting back to us quickly. I have looked over your counter-offer, and have decided that a few more credits may be negotiable, and have spoken with the rest of the board about such a thing.
We are prepared to offer 115,000,000 sirian credits for the job. I'm afraid I cannot make this amount any higher. Our budget is a tight one, as this is only phase one of construction.
I've done the best I could. It's your call to make Mr. Barlow. I await your decision.

Thank you for choosing USI for this task. We agree with your board, and 115,000,000 sirius credits is a fair offer. The progress will be properly revised in this neural-net channel. If there is any more information you need to provide, please do so most urgently.

Thank you for choosing USI for this task. We agree with your board, we are noobs, intolerable people who you ask to run for your base because you don't have the logistics to fore fill this yourself. Yet then you have the faculty to undermine my members.
Consider this contract ended, I expect the cash for the current goods to be delivered to [*USI*]Deposit
within the next 48 hours of this message.
I hope "Your people" have our understanding now.
Unless a public apology is made, consider this as losing a friend.
Good Day.

Good evening, administrators of the USI. I don't appreciate a response like that. Our projected completion date has been pushed back a while because of this. I'm afraid that because the contract was of a legal binding, you have not fulfilled the terms you have agreed to. The deal was.. if you read my origonal transmission which has been notarized of course..

This was in the contract. We do not have our agreed amount. in return, this means that we have no obligation to pay you the amount promised. We will contact another company to finish the job. Of course the number was higher, due to our later transmission.
We stick to our contracts Mr. Bell, i'd hope that we were not the only ones with this common courtesy. We've already made our attempts, and went over the budget slightly for stage one with the counter-deal we presented to yours. I'm afraid there is nothing else we can do.
At any rate, have a good rest of the evening.

No payment will be be asked for due resignation of contract, no latter will be given and no lawyer will be requested to answer for the insults to our people.
We request, that you keep your funds, in hope you clear your contract sooner. As the largest commercial enterprise in Liberty, we've provided funds to our Logistics to pay for the said already pre-dropped goods.
An apology is a simple matter of hand, I assume your board cannot complete that in a matter to better our friendship and to understand your own mistakes.
It will do you no good, insulting and losing Universal as your primary Logistics, you only have yourselves to blame for that.
With regards,
