If you have all you need, then why did you bother sending us a transmission? The logic seems absent.
I find your argument frail, as well as your organization. I find the notion that you may have captured one of us laughable, as all of the Marauders both captains and crew are accounted for. I'm not so sure about the Congress however, but I am positive they would not be easily captured by miscreants.
