Your request is certainly not something we see every day, but perhaps we can work with it. I have to say I've never heard the Golem being described as "elegant", nor do I know why you would choose one rather than any of the other ships your company can easily access. I suppose you have your reasons.
Anyway, I'm afraid it's not "simple as that", as these vessels are restricted and generally not sold outside the company. Particularly not to an organization we have no substantial ties with.
So first of all, I'm going to have to know what you intend to do with that ship should we grant you its usage. We can work from there.
Finally, your offer of a fine dinner is charming, but my schedule is really quite full and I can't help but suspect ulterior motives behind it.

Turning a Golem into a luxury craft, that's certainly a new endeavor. I'd like to say you'd be the first to attempt it.
However, that makes this whole deal much simpler. Since you won't be in need of all the unique active shielding and rad-armor that makes the Golem unique, we should be able to deliver a very basic, stripped-down hull for you.
This will really just be the basic structure, nothing else. But if you're planning extensive modifications, that shouldn't be a problem.
Still, since our production lines aren't organized to build export Golems, we're going to need you to provide the materials needed yourself.
Please deliver the following to Dortmund station and construction will commence at once.
I trust this won't be an issue for your company's capable shipping fleet.
On a final note, I need to stress that whoever flies a Golem will reflect back on my company as a whole. So there is no room for error here at all. Any reports or even rumors of this ship being used in some questionable or illegal fashion will result permission to use it being revoked.
Naturally, I'm going to need the intended call sign of the vessel as well to verify this.
