I am outmost heavyhearted to acknowledge, that yes, our former president has left scars in our corporation. When people look at us in this moment, they see a damaged corporation. It is thereby with most desire that I hope we can restore our relations together.
I understand your concern, regarding Mr. Bell's stay as a vice. I can assure you, Mr. Bell's authority has been revoked to the point of a normal Executive Administrator on our executive board. All votes on our board are of equal value, and therefor, the position of which he posesses does not give him additional powers. Any and all of his actions are required to have the majority of the board's vote on his side. Should any of his actions be ethically wrong, I preserve the right to remove him from office or use all of my presidential rights to prevent it.
I deeply apologise for the huge losses the recent events have had on the Cold Lake Project, and I wish that we in any way can help in the near future to proove our worth.
I do not expect you to suddenly act in our favour, but do know as long as I stand president of Universal Shipping, Inc we will do our best to meet your needs as a logistics provider. Only time will proove whether or not you are ready to accept Universal Shipping, Inc as one of your main, and trustworthy corporations.
Signed respectfully,
James Barlow
President
Universal Shipping, Inc.
There is a saying from millennium's ago that retort; 'With great power comes great responsibility", and that rings true here for you in leading Universal Shipping.
Recent brash actions by your predecessor leaves little to be desired from your company now and I can assure you little faith is laid in your company right now as a result. This is subject to change and this depends solely on your actions from here on in which will mean re-establishing trust, regaining a good reputation and most of all, understanding that there is little you can do in Liberty with out us.
If you sincerely believe you can turn the reputation [*USI*] has attained over these last few days from something which is damaging to the image of our Nation and resembling something you'd expect to see in Bretonia, back into the power house of our nation you once were then I'm prepared to offer you the chance to redeem yourselves.
But as I stated, this depends on you and your actions from here on in.
Are you committed enough to warrant us investing in your company again?
It is with most gratitude that I kindly appreciate your response. I hope we can agree with eachother, and keep our relation at a respectable level to better represent one another's corporation. It is my greatest wish that we can conduct business, and make the recent few days a thing of the past.
USI have no current contracts, and it would be a relief if you could put our logistics to good use. We are eagerly waiting for business to arrive at our empty desks.
Signed,
James Barlow President
Universal Shipping, Inc.
I am going to take this conversation as a spark of a new hope and further prosperity for our great Nation. Let us hope that no further unnecessary reactions will arise from any of our esteemed corporations and we continue to work harmoniously for a better future.
We will take you up on your request for a chance to redeem our trust, and as such we actually have a task that [*USI*] will be the perfect candidate for.
I'll discuss with my board and an Offer of Contract will be sent to you. Understand here that this is your chance at regaining some composure and we won't take a misplace of trust very lightly next time.
Thank you for understanding and thank you for your apology, it is received with renewed hope that The Big Three will remain the solid backbone of Liberty prosperous economy.
