Admiral Polstari, Quatermaster of the First Fleet sir,

I am Cadet Johnathon Winchester, recently transferred from the 41st Naval Task Force to the first fleet. You probably already knew that, not really sure why I felt the need to go over that, but it never hurts I guess, sir.

I come to you with a request, and a gift sir. Firstly, having transferred, i have lost some of the previous privaledges i had, such as access to codename weaponry, therefore, i would like to donate a set of BLUE BLAZE Codenames to the Armoury for use on another vessel. I also have a single PHOENIX Codename to donate to you as well.

Having these items to give to you sir, i would also request storage of my own Avenger Very Heavy Fighter craft, outfitted itself with a second set of BLUE BLAZE Codenames. This set i would like to keep, hence why i am storing it until proper permissions have been gained.

I hope i am not requesting too much of you sir, i realise we are in pressing times, assisting our allies, defending our borders, and now having the Junker problem i have on my mandate to watch out for, i just want things to carry on as efficiently as possible, as i'm sure you do a spectacular job at.
