Some of you may have noticed my absence over the past couple weeks, some might have even noticed my decreasing activity over the past couple of months, some may not have noticed anything at all, either way, it doesn't matter.
Things in the real world have become far too serious for me to be able to continue to commit myself to devoting time and energy into this game. Were this just a game that one could hop into and enjoy without drama it might be different, but it isn't.
I can no longer afford to stay here in this environment which is filled with drama and stress when my own real world life is full of more than enough already.
I've been here since 2008 and I've had a whole lot of fun and made some good friends, you guys know who you are, so I won't be doing personal shout outs or anything like that, oh well.
To my boys in the [LN]: You guys are awesome and it was an absolute pleasure playing with you and getting to know most of you over time, I never pictured myself leading the [LN], either, but I'm glad that I had the opportunity, and that you all trusted and/or liked me enough to let me guide you through good ole Liberty and all her good and bad times.
On that note; I'll be leaving Justin in charge of things, despite our disagreements and different leadership styles, the man DOES know how to lead a group, and I know he won't steer you wrong, or do wrong by you, so long as you're willing to work with him.
Aside from my leaving, nothing much should change for you guys, so please, please, keep doing what you do best, flying, being awesome, roleplaying, having fun, and making lulz.
I'll likely keep an eye on things from behind the scenes, and maybe I'll fly on rare occasions, but honestly I think this is it for me.
Really sad news, but completely understandable. Hope your adventures in real life are less stressful and drama filled, and i'm sure everyone who has interacted with you wishes you a fond farewell.
Not goodbye, but a "see you soon when our paths cross again"
