Greeting Freeport 101 Administrators,

We would like to request that Freeport 101 open its docks to us, and allow us to call Freeport 101 our Headquarters. We currently reside in Omicron 74 at Freeport XV, but as we grow in numbers, it has been a strain on Freeport XV to keep us in supplies as we have over 1800 students plus ships crews, teachers and many others we are responsible to. Freeport XV was not built to support such numbers as we continue to grow.

We have investigated your Freeport and it is more then adequate to meet our needs. In return, you would be assisting us in caring for the homeless children of the Zoner community which has its own rewards. We also have in our fleet a Whale that is capable of helping assist in maintaining the base from time to time.

We have no interest in any control of the base, but merely to call it our Headquarters so we have a place to dock and re-supply our ships. Also our older students that are looking for a careers in various station crew positions could fill intern positions to gain valuable on the job experience.

We feel a partnership between our organizations would be beneficial to all involved, you would gain students for internship positions, good press for helping us, and a Zoner Whale to occasionally assist in base stocking (We would also be willing to "loan" this ship out if its needed, for free of course) And we would gain a base HQ capable of supplying our ships and a home to dock in.

At the moment I am looking along zoner community someone who could take responsibility to administer station in time ahead, but i suppose that your presence will be usefull whatever. I have granted docking rights to you. We are awaiting contact from zoner Commonwealth faction, as they showed interest to lead and maintain this facility. As i noticed they are some colourfull tongued lads. But you should count them as hosts in future. I will remain in honorary post as base founder.
