I've heard you were the ones running things in Liberty now. Think it's a good thing actually. Never actually saw that other gang much.

Now to the point. I got a big ship and it gets shot by larger ships flown by Liberty Navy captains. Even though their aim is bad, there's enough of them that a few shots graze the hull. And interestingly enough you got a mighty fine shipyard, or at least from what I heard.

I was hoping you folks would let me and my crew, along with our ships, into your star system for repairs and a general safe area. To be honest, I don't even know where it is.

Tell me your thoughts.

I've heard what I've heard from the various stations around Liberty. I'm not exactly new to the house, and people can trust me with information. At least some.

My name is Captaine Pierre LePew. As to why I can't dock elsewhere? I've shot most people in this house that no one really feels the need to be friendly to me.

I've actually dealt with your sorts of people. Gave me one of your ships, in fact. I've been using it on and off until it got a bit of damage.
