We haven't formally met, but since you seem to be one of Casta's "Trusted Three" I believe introductions would be unnecessary, so straight to the point - I came in contact with a "Ryan Bishop" named persona today, and he seemed to know a bit too much about the work I'm currently doing for the Ghosts. That said, he was absolutely clear on the importance of "keeping things quiet", so you do not need to feel even one bit alert about me knowing what I know, as what I know is only the mere fact that he has some business going with you.

Since the unexpected circumstances which resulted in the little talk that Bishop and I had earlier revealed that we happen to share a few certain "mutual interests", so to say, I'm inclined to lend him a hand with whatever it is you've asked of him, but since I barely know the persona and my extent of knowledge about him is what he claimed to be, is the reason why I'm contacting you directly. There's only one thing I'd like to know:

How much can I and should I trust this person, and how much importance does he hold for you and the Ghosts?

I'm disappointed he talks around about things that shouldn't be even mentioned in the first place. But since you already know that something is going on between him and me, I will not pretend it is not.

I have met this person here, in Liberty some weeks ago, where we have talked about common interests. He was offered a deal and it looks like he is trying to fulfill it.

Any information about this person or any business with him doesn't need to be known to Casta or any other Ghosts. I am not paying attention to Casta's deals as she isn't to mine...

To answer your question, I would be very careful with this person as he holds his own interests. He is extraordinary dangerous and cannot be trusted. If you want to help him or not its only between you and him as long it does not influence my business.

Very well then. It seems to be just as I expected. Easy and uncomplicated. Also, the way you Ghosts handle your internal matters is neither of my interest nor of my business or concern, so you would not need to worry about the point you raised about "other Ghosts" either.

If he holds no actual importance apart from the task he's taken on, I'll see to it the deal he has with you is properly taken care of, then use him while he lasts before making sure he won't be causing any trouble by talking to anyone about anything anymore.
