Gentlemen, Ladies,

On one of our regular runs to support the war effort in leeds we ran accross a somewhat iffy situation in Manchester. Whilst the base we ran across was registered the people I found occupying the surroundings were clearly not Bretonian subcontractors. I've found a GMG registered miner as well as a Samura registered miner. They we're clearly not paying taxes to the crown whilst still operating in BMM claimed mining areas.
