I'm trying to ret-con my character's background, due to inconsistencies with the freelancer timeline when I originally wrote it...
Has any faction or player based any RP out of planet nuremburg yet (It's in the munich system)? I dont want to interfere with someone else's pre-established RP but it's the only planet I've been able to find that suits the purpose (rheinland space, bare and isolated planet, low population, etc).
What I'm writing up is a civil war of sorts, relating to the nomad war - something that took place shortly before the nomad war actually started, which involved open fighting between the civilians of the planet and rheinland military soldiers under nomad influence.

OOooh... I might actually have to read somebody elses story.:P
But no... I know I don't, and I'm pretty sure nobody has a "Nuremberg banded together to form the Brotherhood of Peaceful Rainbows" RP, so you should be fine.
Try the Bunschuh, or the Hessians, or the Unioners maybe? They're all fighting the powers that be because they have wronged us, and their RP is clearly established, unlike Nuremberg.

it isnt for a faction, it's for a character - Christopher Thorn, who has been my primary character (captain of the tenacity) since I started here.
I was trying to develop his past. The post can be found in the Biographies forum (Named "Honor and Greed")
I didnt go too much into detail, and the only references to the civil war are under the bios for Christopher Thorn and Dimitri Vostok. Events took place shortly before the nomad war, it was a 2 long civil war involving some of the planet's civilians and the rheinland military under nomad influence. You can read the bio post for more.
The point was to find someplace with -no- prior RP, rather than a group with a bunch of stuff i'd end up having to research and try to fit my story into.
All of the infocards for the Munich and Newcastle systems need rewriting/editing/updating, so anyone willing to help with this get in touch with me on Skype etc.
