We have need of your help in a delicate matter. We need to move some ships and equipment to Omega 41 and other than running the gauntlet within Liberty or Fighting through in Rheinland we would ask that you allow our vessels safe passage through your systems, these shall be done in singles or duo's whichever is most comfortable for yourselves and of course we would expect you to wish to supervise our passage. Our route would be whichever you see fit however the shortest time spent in your space the better.
Our vessels will be empty of ordnance and will carry no repair equipment.
we would be grateful for this request to be considered and hope to hear from you soon
Kind regards,

Considering the nature of your request, which is rare to see in these days, you have a 48 Hour window in which to do so. Should you manipulate that time in ways not of the utmost respectful nature that would infringe otherwise upon our laws, Do not expect kindess of words or actions from our men and women in uniform.
That will be all.

Dearest Colonel Andrel Cassidiac.
After much deliberation with the Admiralty Board, we have come to an agreement.
Since you wish to remove scum such as the Corsairs and the like, we will be granting you a once in a lifetime offer.
We will be welcoming you to join with the 3rd Cambridge Fleet to assist them in their activities in protecting our flank in the Omega's. However. In doing so you will therefore have to act along the guildlines stated within the Omega 3 Treaty.
If you accept these terms, you will be cleared to operate all your craft from Planet Cambridge in return for assisting in the defense of Her Majesty and the Realm of Bretonia.
That is all.

Greetings Admiral.
Thankyou for taking the time to discuss our situation with the Admiralty Board, Your gracious offer of both safe passage through Bretonian Space with safe harbour at Planet Cambridge is extremely generous and appreciated.
I will forward your response Col. Cassidiac for discussion and we will respond shortly.
Regards,
Major Davian "Spades" Montaan

Thank you for your kind offer of Safe Harbour at Planet Cambridge, we will of course accept this mission for the Bretonian Government, thus honouring the support and friendship agreement between the Republic and Bretonia. We will secure the Omega 3 Flank of Bretonia against Corsair intrusions.
Before this takes place can you please transmit the details of the OMEGA 3 TREATY for us to better understand this undertaking.
We would also request license/permission to begin Jump co ordinate surveying within Cambridge and Omega 3. Once this permission is obtained Cruisers SPARTA, HYBRIS & HAWK will begin jump preparation for immediate deployment. we will also deploy Berserker (VHF) wing and Aggressor wing (Bomber) alongside the Cruisers. Our Gunboats with Supporting Fighters are already en-route, as we speak, to form a forward deployment beach head.
For the current time our Carriers MERCURY & ZODIAC will remain on station in Coronado, with their Carrier Air Wings, but once more we would ask for an open jump license so that we may deploy our Carriers in support of our operations, as required, at short notice.
We shall also be leaving our Combat Air Patrol unit, Challenger wing, behind in Coronado for defence of the Homeworlds.
Once more may we extend our thanks for this opportunity to support a friend in need as our pilots are chomping at the bit to 'get stuck in' and be useful assets once more.
Kind regards,
Colonel Andrel Cassidiac

Admiral, Colonel,
Instructions have been relayed to the SPARTA and HYBRIS, both have confirmed they will commence their relocation to Cambridge within 24 hours to begin combat patrols.
The HAWK is currently experiencing delays to repairs after battling an incursion of Outcasts into Coronado. Replacement armour panels are being shipped to Sabah and will be installed as soon as possible; the station's chief engineer estimates that she should be out of the dock and underway within 72 hours.

For your request to survey jump co-ordinates of Cambridge and Omega 3, for the time being and reasonable means, you may do so. If there are those who question this, they may be brought to me to be dealt with.
As for jump transit, I will the permit the relocation your cruisers SPARTA - HYBRIS - HAWK through Bretonian space as well as the Carrier ZODIAC. However should your personnel prove themselves in the upcoming weeks, I will allow full permit of all your ships.
But when it comes to repairing your heavier class vessels, I will suggest either contacting BMM at Southampton Shipyard or IMG at Aland Shipyard to discuss docking permits. The materials for repairs however you will have to rely more upon your logistics division. While Bretonian shipbuilders and their materials are superior in quality, we do not and cannot spare much materialisticallywise at this time.
However should you assist us with more than your squandron requires, I will see to such that your pilots are rewarded for their services.
Lastly. Should you have questions, etc, etc, you will need to discuss such with either myself, or the Cambridge Fleets Superior, Admiral Hall.
That is all.

Greetings Admiral.
Cruisers HYBRIS and SPARTA are now in high orbit around Planet Cambridge, ready to perform security patrols and interdiction duties as agreed.
Repairs to the HAWK proceed better than previously reported; her captain expects she will be battle-ready and enroute to the system wthin the next 24-36 hours.
Alternating security patrols for the vessels and their fighter escort will begin immediately.
