Changes to the ships we fly
In order to better RP, we have scrapped most of the ships we used to fly. The ships which we will now fly are detailed below. Please note that the IMG Gunboat and Taiidan Bomber will only be in use until a more appropriate Zoner model comes out (which we are working on at the moment).
Fighters Ravens Talon and Eagles for full members, Tiger Shark for members on probation
Bombers Taiidan (While we wait for our own, or the IMG bomber)
Gunboats IMG Gunboat (Until one closer to our hearts comes out)
Traders - Yet to be decided, refer to Elite Trade-Wing Commander, Roadrunner
Capital Ships Zoner only

Changes to the recruiting process
We have devised a new, more efficient and rewarding way of recruiting new players into the Jupiter Guild. We have changed it from the old recruiting process to make it more fun, yet also more of a challenge. Thats why we play anyway isnt it? Its not too tedious or difficult as to scare the sort of players we want experience capable ones. (If you are already a good player with cash and ability, you are after fun otherwise why come?)
The process, detailed here, hopes to achieve the following:
An opportunity to prove the potential member is going to stick with the JG - ie its not whim or quick cash opportunity.
A chance to check out the person for adherence to rules, RP and willingness to fit in with JG.
A chance to educate the person on how the JG operates and what it expects of its members.
A chance for the recruit to taste and see if they want to stay.
Changes to our diplomacy
As many players have told us in the past, you can never be truly neutral. Well, now we are not. Allied: All Zoners, Friendly: IMG, The Benitez, GMG Neutral: All other factions, unless otherwise stated Unfriendly:Outcasts, Hessians, Lane Hackers Hostile: Molly's, anyone who threatens any zoner anywhere

The Trade-Wing's priority has been shifted from money-making to RP supply runs. We will be emulating the Zoner Trader NPCs as much as possible, completing food supply runs to the Benitez and Corsairs. Please note that the Trade-Wing is not a separate entity to the JG, and anything that happens to the traders will be dealt with accordingly, and with force if need be.
Changes to our services
We will no longer be offering our bounty services. We will be focusing on escorting, body guarding, RP trade, and defending Zoner bases. To reflect this large change, we will all now wear the Zoner ID and tag and RP profusely whilst doing so.

I do hope this means I won't be seeing any more of your transports in the Alaska system. This was quite OORP in my opinion. However I am quite interested to see where things go after this. Good Luck to all of you.

You use Eagles, why not also use the Roc MkII when 4.85's ready? Likewise, I'd think you could add the Griffin... y'know, when it stops sucking. Right now it's just like an Eagle, except worse at everything.

Also, I suspect the answer is yes, but are JG members allowed to keep using the Tiger Shark after the probation period ends?
For Traders, I'd recommend Dromedary, Camara, Armored Transport, Transport, Large Transport, and Border Worlds Transport. Every NPC Zoner freighter I've seen was a Dromedary, so it makes sense to me that the trade wing's main Transport would be the Border Worlds Transport. The rest of the list is quite generic, without including the Trains that I really can't see Zoners using.
Now, on the overall re-structuring, I think it's great. I won't lie, I've had some unpleasant experiences with JG in the past, but it looks like you're really trying to improve and emphasize the Zoner part of "Zoner mercenaries"

Well notice that their bomber section says; "(While we wait for our own, or the IMG bomber)" That says right there that they will be using the Roc Mk II, provided the new version is better than the current..
But yeah, they need to replace ALL the Tigersharks once that new Griffin comes out (provided its not a flying brick anymore.. [Greyhound > Griffin in agility..])
The only extra though I might have is that using Corsair weapons on your JG ships in lawful space is going to net you some very bad times in Bretonia and Liberty.
why the mollys are hostile - i d suspect the lore of omega-49, which sets the mollys as hostile penetrators to the systems neutrality and safety. - the only lore i found about mollys not being regarded as neutral.
